A collecting tank for a heat exchanger may include at least one manifold for receiving a plurality of heat exchanger tubes of the heat exchanger. The at least one manifold may have a hollow space through which a fluid is flowable. The at least one manifold may include a bottom and a plurality of tank receptacles for receiving the plurality of heat exchanger tubes. The plurality of tank receptacles may be disposed in the bottom spaced apart from one another in a longitudinal direction and may extend in a transverse direction, which extends transverse to the longitudinal direction. In a height direction extending transverse to the longitudinal direction and transverse to the transverse direction, directed away from the hollow space, the bottom may have at least one curvature directed to an outside.

Collecting tank for a heat exchanger

An evaporator for a refrigerant circuit, in particular of a motor vehicle, with a tube/fin block with a multiplicity of tubes and fins, with a first collecting tank on one side of the tube/fin block and with a second collecting tank on the other side of the tube/fin block. The first collecting tank has an inlet chamber and an outlet chamber, wherein the inlet chamber is provided with a refrigerant inlet connection and the outlet chamber is provided with a refrigerant outlet connection, wherein a first baffle and a second baffle are arranged in the inlet chamber, which baffles are arranged spaced apart from one another in the inlet chamber.

Evaporator

A heat exchanger including a tube/rib block made up of tubes and ribs, the tubes forming fluid channels for conducting a first fluid, in particular a refrigerant, and the ribs arranged between the tubes forming a second fluid channel for conducting a second fluid, such as, in particular, air, which flows around the tubes, a collector being arranged at at least one end of the tube/rib block, which communicates with the fluid channels of the tubes, the at least one collector being provided with a plate-type design and including at least one base plate and a cover plate, which are stacked and soldered in a sealed manner, a spacer for spacing the base plate at a distance from the cover plate and for distributing the first fluid in the collector being provided.

Heat exchanger

A receiving box for a heat exchanger may include a box body delimiting at least one duct formed in the box body. The box body may include a plurality of receptacles configured to receive a plurality of tube bodies of the heat exchanger. The plurality of tube bodies may each be fluidically connected to the at least one duct. The box body may define an injection tube that extends along the at least one duct and is separated from the at least one duct via the box body. The injection tube may include at least one outlet opening fluidically connected to the at least one duct.

Receiving box for a heat exchanger

A heat exchanger may include a first collecting tank and a second collecting tank. The first collecting tank may include a first collecting pipe having a first collecting pipe opening for letting in a fluid and a second collecting pipe having a second collecting pipe opening for discharging the fluid. The second collecting tank may be arranged opposite the first collecting tank and may include a third collecting pipe and a fourth collecting pipe. The heat exchanger may also include a plurality of heat exchanger pipes fluidically connecting the first collecting pipe to the third collecting pipe and the second collecting pipe to the fourth collecting pipe. The heat exchanger may also include a separating wall arranged in each of the first collecting pipe and the second collecting pipe respectively dividing each into a first pipe section and a second pipe section.

A heating and cooling module for controlling the temperature of at least two coolant circuits, having an evaporator region and a condenser region. The evaporator region has a first flow section through which a first coolant can flow, and the condenser region has a second flow section through which a second coolant can flow. The heating and cooling module has a third flow section through which a refrigerant can flow. The evaporator region and the condenser region are arranged on a common base plate which has the fluid inlets and the fluid outlets for the first coolant, the second coolant, and the refrigerant. The base plate has flow channels, through each of which one of the coolants or the refrigerant can flow. The evaporator region and the condenser region are fluidically connected to the respective fluid inlets and the respective fluid outlets of the base plate via the flow channels.

Heating and cooling module

A heating/cooling module having a condenser region, an evaporator region, and at least one fluid distribution region. The condenser region has a first flow section which can be flowed through by a refrigerant and a second flow section which can be flowed through by a coolant. The evaporator region has a third flow section which can be flowed through by a refrigerant and a fourth flow section which can be flowed through by a coolant. The flow sections are formed by a plurality of flow ducts which are configured between the individual disc elements which form the heating/cooling module. A first fluid inlet and a first fluid outlet are provided, via which the condenser region can be flowed through with a coolant. A second inlet and a second outlet are provided, via which the evaporator region can be flowed through with a coolant.

Heating/cooling module

A motor vehicle air conditioning unit having a housing, a heat exchanger, at least two manifolds and cooling tubes arranged therebetween forming a tube block. The housing has at least one first sealing rib oriented substantially parallel to an extending direction of the at least two manifolds and at least one second sealing rib oriented substantially parallel to an extending direction of the cooling tubes in the tube block, such that the at least one first sealing rib is oriented perpendicular to the at least one second sealing rib.

Motor vehicle air conditioning unit

A heat exchanger is provided that includes a first flow channel for a refrigerant, a second flow channel for a refrigerant, and a third flow channel for a coolant, wherein the first flow channel has a first region for initial cooling of the refrigerant and a second region for further cooling of the refrigerant. The refrigerant can flow in a high-pressure phase in the first flow channel and the refrigerant can flow in a low-pressure phase in the second flow channel. A first heat exchange occurs between the refrigerant in the first region of the first flow channel and the coolant in the third flow channel and a second heat exchange occurs between the refrigerant in the second region of the first flow channel and the refrigerant in the second flow channel.

Heat exchanger with high pressure phase refrigerant channel, low pressure phase refrigerant channel and coolant channel

A heat exchanger with mutually adjacent first flow channels and second flow channels. The first flow channels and the second flow channels are received in a first manifold at a first end region of the flow channel end regions and in a second manifold at a second end region of the flow channel end regions. The first manifold has a first base and the second manifold has a second base, the first base and second base having a plurality of openings in which the end regions of the flow channels are received. The first manifold has a first longitudinal channel and a second longitudinal channel. The second manifold has a second cover which together with the second base of the second manifold forms transverse channels, and one first flow channel and one second flow channel are fluidically connected to each other via a respective transverse channel.

A vaporizer for a cooling circuit, particularly for a motor vehicle, is provided that includes a vaporization region, wherein a coolant flowing through the vaporization region takes up heat from an outside region, wherein the vaporization region is downstream of a first expansion element on the inlet side in the direction of flow of the coolant, wherein an exchanger member is provided between the vaporization region and the first expansion element, and wherein heat can be transferred from the coolant upstream of the vaporization region to the coolant downstream of the vaporization region.

Evaporator for a refrigeration circuit

A heat exchanger () consists of a plurality of disks () which are assembled to form a heat exchanger block or disk stack () and which are formed in each case from sheets () joined together in pairs and enclose between them at least one cavity designed as a duct. The cavity is delimited by the insides of the sheets (). In the duct, an internal fluid flows in the longitudinal direction of the disks () and, on the outside of the disks, an external fluid flows transversely to the direction of flow of the internal fluid. Each sheet () has elevations () out of the disk plane, which are formed by material deformation and are directed both into the inside of the disk and toward the outside of the disk, the elevations () directed toward the outside of the disk being configured as elongate stamped-out portions.
