A damping force generating mechanism includes: a flow passage formation part that forms a flow passage through which a liquid flows; and a valve that is configured to control a flow of the liquid in the flow passage. The flow passage formation part includes a first seat part that is provided radially outward of a flow passage port of the flow passage, protrudes from the flow passage port and contacts the valve, a second seat part that is provided radially outward of the first seat part, protrudes from the flow passage port and contacts the valve, and a circulation part having an orifice that allows the liquid to flow from the flow passage port toward the second seat part in a state in which the valve is in contact with the first seat part.

Damping force generating mechanism and pressure shock absorber

The hydraulic shock absorber includes: a first cylinder containing fluid; a piston body including extension-side oil paths permitting flow of oil along with relative movement of the piston rod in the axial direction of the first cylinder; and an extension-side damping valve configured to open and close the extension-side oil paths of the piston body. The extension-side damping valve includes: a valve plate configured to close the extension-side oil paths by covering them and open them by deforming under pressure of oil; and a preload member configured to apply a preload to the valve plate. The preload member includes: a ring-shaped portion; and axis alignment portions configured to protrude from an outer periphery of the ring-shaped portion and contact the piston body to thereby perform axis alignment.

A damping force generating mechanism includes: a flow passage formation part that forms a flow passage through which a liquid flows; a valve configured to control a flow of the liquid in the flow passage; a back pressure control valve configured to control a pressure in a back pressure chamber that provides a back pressure to the valve by inflow of the liquid; and an accommodation part that is in a tubular shape with one side opening end narrower than another side opening end, forms the back pressure chamber, and accommodates at least the valve and the back pressure control valve.

Hydraulic damping device

The hydraulic damping device includes: a cylinder storing fluid; a piston configured to form a channel through which the fluid flows along with relative movement of a rod relative to the cylinder in a specific direction; a valve having elasticity, the valve being configured to open and close the channel in the piston; a movement permitting part configured to permit the valve to move between a contact position and a spaced position, the contact position being a position where the valve contacts the piston, the spaced position being a position where the valve is spaced from the piston; a restricting part configured to restrict bending of the valve at the spaced position; and an imparting part having elasticity, the imparting part being configured to impart, to the valve, a load that is uneven in a circumferential direction of the valve and directed toward the piston.

This hydraulic damping device comprises a cylinder for containing oil; a reservoir chamber R which is provided in the outer part of the cylinder and in which liquid accumulates; a piston provided so as to be axially movable within the cylinder and dividing the space within the cylinder into a first oil chamber and a second oil chamber, which contain oil; a baffle member provided as a separate element from the cylinder, the baffle member having a body which is provided in the reservoir chamber R, and also having a protrusion which protrudes from the body, the baffle member preventing the waving of the surface of oil in the reservoir chamber R; and a limiting section (first section to be held) provided to the baffle member and limiting the movement of the baffle member on both one side and the other side in the axial direction.

A pressure damping device includes a cylinder, a partitioning section, a flow channel formation section, a valve section a bypass channel and a throttle section. The flow channel formation section forms a flow channel, through which the fluid flows, in conjunction with a movement of the partitioning section. The valve section controls a flow of the fluid in the flow channel of the flow channel formation section. The bypass channel forms a flow of the fluid that bypasses the flow of the fluid flowing through the flow channel while opening the valve section. The throttle section that throttles the flow of the fluid through the bypass channel further on an outer side than the valve section with respect to the flow channel formation section.

Pressure damping device

One embodiment discloses a pressure buffer device, which includes a pipe-shaped member that stores fluid, and a partitioning member that is movably provided in the pipe-shaped member to partition its space into a first space and a second space. The pressure buffer device further includes a fluid reservoir portion that is arranged at the a radial outer side of the pipe-shaped member to store fluid, and a communication path that is arranged at a radial outer side of the fluid reservoir portion to communicate between the first space and the second space.

An elastic sheet includes: a seating portion by which the coil spring is supported and which has a circular arc shape in a view from the axial direction, one circumferential side of the seating portion being a side of entry of the coil spring; and a pair of sidewall portions extending from respective width-wise opposite ends of the seating portion toward the coil spring side, at least one of the sidewall portions has a wire contact surface that contacts a wire forming the coil spring and an inclined surface inclined so as to approach the spring bearing as the inclined surface extends widthwise outward from the wire contact surface, and a radius of curvature of the wire contact surface at least at a side closest to the inclined surface is smaller than a radius of the wire.
