Provided is a scroll compressor including: a motor configured to revolve an orbiting scroll with respect to a fixed scroll; a rotary shaft rotated about an axis by the motor; a bearing part configured to support the rotary shaft; and a housing. The housing has a partition wall part-partitioning the inner space into a first space and a second space, the motor being arranged in the first space, and the bearing part and a compressing part being arranged in the second space. The partition wall part has a first communication passage and a second communication passage, the first communication passage being configured to guide a mixed refrigerant containing a lubricating oil and a refrigerant gas from the first space to a region of the second space, the bearing part being arranged in the region of the second space, and the second communication passage being configured to guide the refrigerant gas, which is contained in the mixed refrigerant guided to the region of the second space, to the compressing part.

Scroll compressor

Provided is an electric compressor comprising: a housing; a fixed scroll that is housed in the housing and fixed on the housing side; a turning scroll that meshes with the fixed scroll and turns with respect to the fixed scroll; an autorotation inhibiting mechanism that inhibits autorotation of the turning scroll; and a lubricant supply unit that supplies a lubricant to the autorotation inhibiting mechanism. The autorotation inhibiting mechanism has: a ring hole which is formed in the turning scroll; a ring which is disposed in the ring hole, and the outer circumferential surface of which faces the inner circumferential surface of the ring hole; and a pin which is provided to the housing and which engages with the inner circumferential surface of the ring. A gap formed between the inner circumferential surface of the ring hole and the outer circumferential surface of the ring is 0.1-0.6 mm.

Compressor

A scroll compressor includes a base seat portion which is integrally formed with one end surface of a shaft and in which a press-fitting hole exposing a first hole portion is formed. The base seat portion is disposed in a second portion of a penetration portion with a gap interposed between a drive bush body and the base seat portion.

An electric compressor motor housing is provided with: a motor housing main body (), the interior of which is a cylindrical space for internally equipping a motor, and in which a plurality of refrigerant passages are formed around the cylindrical space, in the direction of the motor axis; an inverter accommodating portion () provided in an upper portion of the outer periphery of the motor housing main body (); compressor attachment feet () provided in a plurality of locations in upper and lower portions of the outer periphery of the motor housing main body (); and a refrigerant intake port () provided on a side surface toward the rear end of the motor housing main body (); wherein one or more lines of ribs () are provided on the outer peripheral side surface of the motor housing main body (), protruding outward and extending in the vertical direction.

Electric compressor motor housing, and vehicle-mounted electric compressor employing same

Provided is a motor rotor which, without changing an integral fastening structure relying on swage pins, increases resistance to the excessive excitation force of the motor rotor and which can easily prevent decreases in fastening strength; a motor that uses the motor rotor, and an electric compressor are also provided. This motor rotor is provided with a cylindrical rotor core comprising multiple laminated magnetic steel sheets, end plates and balance weights laminated on both ends of the rotor core, and multiple headed swage pins which are inserted from one side and which integrally fasten the rotor core, the end plates and the balance weights. The material of the balance weight arranged to the head of the swage pin is harder than that of the swage pin, and the material of the balance weight arranged to the swage part of the swage pin is softer than that of the swage pin.

This electric horizontal scroll compressor () comprises an oil reservoir () in which lubricating oil that is separated from refrigerant passing through a compressing mechanism () is temporarily stored, and an oil return flow channel () by which lubricating oil stored in the oil reservoir () is returned further upstream than the compressing mechanism (). A main bearing () is fit into a holding face () of an inner housing () by way of a clearance fit, and lubricating oil stored in the oil reservoir () is supplied to the region of the fit via the oil return flow channel ().

The properties of lubricating oil are utilized to avoid excessive quality in terms of the circularity of roller members while reducing the noise from a radial roller bearing alone during rotation and thereby reducing the noise from a rotary machine. The radial roller bearing includes an outer ring member (A), a plurality of roller members (B), and a retainer, and a lubricating oil (O) is supplied between the outer ring member (A) or a rotating shaft and the roller members (B). The circularity (&#x394;R) of the roller members (B) in a cross section perpendicular to a centerline (CL) thereof is set to be lower than or equal to the minimum oil film thickness (h) of an oil film formed by the lubricating oil (O).

Radial roller bearing, rotary machine including radial roller bearing, and method for designing radial roller bearing

In rollers used in a radial needle bearing, the circularity of crowning sections provided at opposite ends of each roller is 0.6 &#x3bc;m or smaller. This allows for reduction of sound (noise) produced when the radial needle bearing rotates by itself and can also allow for reduction of sound (noise) of a rotational machine when the radial needle bearing is installed and rotates therein.
