The present invention provides a finely-divided powder spray apparatus having a spray nozzle pipe for discharging finely-divided powders from the tip together with a gas stream, which is disposed at a prescribed distance from the member to be sprayed and inclined in a prescribed direction to the member; and a moving-speed control means which controls the moving-speed of the tip of the spray nozzle pipe in accordance with the quadratic function, which indicates the reduction rate of the density of the deposited finely-divided powders based on the distance between a peak point of the density of the finely-divided powders deposited on the member to be sprayed in a trial spray and a spray point at which an extension from the spray nozzle pipe intersects with the member to be sprayed.

Finely-divided powder spray apparatus

The present invention provides a finely-divided powder spray apparatus having a spray nozzle pipe for discharging spacers for liquid crystal displays from the tip together with a gas flow, which is disposed at a prescribed distance from a member to be sprayed, and comprising: a touch panel which enters control factors for controlling the moving-speed of the tip of the spray nozzle pipe at individual spray points the surface of the glass substrate; and an actuator driver which controls the moving speed of the tip of the spray nozzle pipe in accordance with the control factor entered by the touch panel.

A key switch comprising a base, a key top arranged above the base, a pair of link members interlocked to each other and operatively engaged with the base and the key top to support the key top above the base and direct the key top in a vertical direction, and a switching mechanism for selectively opening and closing an electric circuit in connection with a vertical movement of the key top. Each of the link members includes a sliding portion slidably and shiftably engaged with either one of the base and the key top. At least one plate spring is disposed between at least one of the link members and either one of the base and the key top with which the sliding portion is engaged, to exert a biasing force, relative to a shifting amount of the sliding portion, onto at least one of the link members in a direction different from the vertical direction. The plate spring includes, in an integral manner, a first spring portion extending along a fixed-end side in a direction substantially parallel to a shifting direction of the sliding portion of each link member and a second spring portion extending along a free-end side in a direction intersecting the first spring portion.

A key switch comprising a base, a key top arranged above the base, a pair of link members interlocked to each other and operatively engaged with the base and the key top to support the key top above the base and direct the key top in a vertical direction, a switching mechanism for selectively opening and closing an electric circuit in connection with a vertical movement of the key top. Each of the link members includes a sliding portion slidably and shiftably engaged with either one of the base and the key top. At least one elastic member is disposed between at least one of the link members and either one of the base and the key top with which the sliding portion of each link member is engaged. The elastic member exerts biasing force, relative to a displacement or shifting amount of the sliding portion, onto at least one of the link members in a direction different from, e.g., substantially orthogonal to, the vertical shifting direction of the key top. Preferably, the biasing force assumes a linear relationship with the shifting amount of the sliding portion.

Key switch with sliding mechanism and keyboard

A keyboard includes a plurality of keys, wherein each key has an elongated shape elongated in a first direction and selectively establishes two different electrical contacts as a result of being pressed appropriately. The plurality of keys are aligned along a second direction different from the first direction. A length in the first direction of each key is longer than a width in the second direction of the key and shorter than twice the width and carries two different key letters present on a front surface thereof at respective ends of the key. Each key establishes one electric contact if a first end of the key is pressed and establishes another electric contact if a second end of the key is pressed. The front surface of each key is parallelogram-shaped and the plurality of keys are arranged so that the key letters present on the keys are arranged in a standard arrangement. The plurality of keys are arranged so that one side of two long parallel sides of a first key face one side of two long parallel sides of a second key, a first side of two short parallel sides of the first key is aligned with a first side of two short parallel sides of the second key, and a second side of the two short parallel sides of the first key is aligned with a second side of the two short parallel sides of the second key.

A keyboard including a housing unit for slidably supporting a key top; and a support panel unit carrying a switch to be operated by the key top. The housing unit can move between a first position apart from the support panel unit and a second position close to the the support panel unit, and the first position is such that the key top vertically shifting from but confronting the switch, when pressed, can operate the switch, and the second position is such that the key top being horizontally deviated from the switch, even if pressed, cannot operate the switch. The housing panel may support the elastic member for supporting the key top upon a main surface thereof, a first horizontal end of the elastic member may be fixed to the housing panel, and a second horizontal end opposite the first end of the elastic member may be movable in the horizontal direction. A switch is vertically pushed by the key top; and a support panel may hold the switch thereon, and may support the second horizontal end of the elastic member. The support panel may slide horizontally to push the second horizontal end so that the elastic member may be elastically deformed for respective center lines of the key top and the switch to substantially align each other.

Keyboard and an information processing apparatus

A key switch is provided which includes a key top which is pressed down by optional force and which can move in the press-down direction. The key switch also includes a spring for generating a rebound according to the optional force applied to the key top. The key switch also includes a housing having an elastic member which generates the press-down force against the rebound according to a distance by which the key top moves. The key switch realizes the press-down characteristics in which the inclination of the rebound is zero or negative.
