An orthosis joint having a base body which comprises a receptacle for a proximal component, a bearing point for a distal component which is pivotally arranged on the base body, and for stops or spring elements which are acting on the distal component. The orthosis joint also includes at least one receiving element releasably fastened to the base body and in or on which a functional element that interacts with the distal component is arranged.

An ankle/foot orthosis with a foot part, which has a sole for receiving a foot, and with a shin part which, when fitted in place, bears on the frontal aspect of a shin and is connected to the foot part via a medially extending spring, wherein the spring, behind an ankle area, forms a hinge area that allows a movement of the shin part relative to the foot part in the anterior-posterior direction.

A method for producing orthosis or prosthesis components for receiving or for fastening to a body part, the method including: applying a base layer to a support corresponding in form to the form of the body part, arranging multiple fastening elements having a base and an interlocking element protruding from the base, on the base layer in defined positions relative to one another, the base of the fastening element resting on the base layer or facing towards the base layer, placing at least one layer of a fiber composite material on the base layer and embedding the base, the interlocking element remaining accessible from the side facing away from the base layer, and curing the at least one fiber composite material layer.

Orthosis, orthosis or prosthesis components, and method for the production thereof

An orthopedic joint device having a lower leg part, a foot part that is arranged on the lower leg part about a swivel axis such that it can be swivelled, at least a first energy store, and a coupling element. The coupling element can be brought into a coupling position, in which a swivelling of the foot part relative to the lower leg part about the swivel axis in a plantar flexion direction leads to an increase in the amount of energy stored in the first energy store, and a de-coupling position. The orthopedic joint device also has at least one release element, which can be brought into a release position and a locked position. The energy stored in the first energy store can be released by bringing the release element into the release position.

A method for producing a molding, the shape of which is adapted to an initial mold, in which method a plurality of layers are deformably placed on top of one another such that the layers can be joined to each other by heat. The layers are deformed by being pressed onto the initial mold and in order to join the layers. Heat is applied in the deformed state. In the arrangement made of layers, at least one converter element is introduced that transforms supplied energy into heat energy and with which at least parts of the layers are heated to join the layers.
