A stackable garment hanger includes a pole hook and a plurality of hanger members. The pole hook includes a pole hook member and a hanger retaining member. Each hanger member includes a garment retaining member, the hanger retaining member, a finger tab and a retaining rod. The hanger retaining member receives the retaining rod. The hanger retaining member extends from a top of the garment retaining member. One end of an extension member extends from a top of the hanger retaining member and the retaining rod extends from the other end of the extension member. The finger tab extends from the extension member. In use, the pole hook is placed on a hanger pole. A first hanger member is inserted into the hanger retaining member of the pole hook. Successive hanger members are attached to each adjacent hanger member.

Line-to-line differences and movement of edges and segments of the picture frames are determined, and frame-to-frame differences are also encoded to reduce the amount of information to a minimum. The method and system of decompressing color video data for use in a video information communication system utilizes digitized run length and color information to represent the pixels in the scan lines of a video picture frame. The digitized signals are of a first digital word size, the run length portion of the digitized signal is of a second digital word size and the color portion of the digitized signal is of a third digital word size. The run length portion and three digital color components data are stored in an array in a memory to represent the pixels in the scan lines of the video picture frame; and the color portion of the digitized signal is converted into three digital color components of fourth, fifth, and sixth digital word sizes. The memory consists of a pingpong A buffer memory and a pingpong B buffer memory, from which the run length and color information is transferred to a display drawing engine which generates a series of converted digital color components representing individual pixels, which is then converted to analog form for display on a monitor.

A ROM contains data establishing frequency limits and other information such that frequencies assigned to a number of service categories can be automatically searched in response to operation of service keys of a keyboard with the information storage requirements being minimized. For a service band having single frequencies or groups of frequencies which are not separated by fixed frequency increments, the data identifies the number of such frequencies or groups, the number of frequencies in each and a limit frequency of each. A processor outputs a frequency code to a frequency synthesizer while also processing input and stored data to develop the next code to be output.
