The present invention relates to electrically conductive polymer compositions, and their use in electronic devices. The compositions contain a semi-aqueous dispersion of at least one electrically conductive polymer doped with at least one highly-fluorinated acid polymer, non-conductive oxide nanoparticles, at least one high-boiling organic liquid, and at least one lower-boiling organic liquid.

Within the insulating region, no other radiation region may lie between the first and second radiation regions, and the insulating region can include an insulating layer that includes a plurality of openings. A process for forming the electronic device can include patterning an insulating layer.

The invention provides methods for the production of full-color, subpixellated organic electroluminescent (EL) devices.
