The air-guiding housing comprises a mounting surface located at an end of the air-guiding housing in a second direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. A fixture and electronic equipment for rapid assembly and disassembly of expansion cards. The fixture comprises a holder, a bracket, a first connector, and a second connector. The holder is configured to fix the expansion card. The first connector is positioned on the holder. A first slot is defined on the bracket. The first connector enters the first slot. Two walls of the first slot are stopped on opposite sides of the first connector along the second direction. The bracket supports the holder along the third direction. The second connector is positioned on the holder. A socket is defined on the bracket. The second connector is insertable into the socket to limit the holder from moving relative to the bracket along the first direction. The first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are perpendicular to each other.

An adapter device enabling a peripheral component interconnect express (PCIe) slot in a server to additionally accept an open compute project (OCP) card includes a bracket assembly compatible with an OCP card and a server. The adapter device comprises a chassis, a front-end bracket, an adapter assembly, and a rail assembly. The front-end bracket defines a first inserting port for OCP card insertion, the adapter assembly comprises OCP interface, adapter circuit board, and PCIe interface. The PCIe interface is connected to the adapter circuit board, and the adapter circuit board provides electrical connection and conversion between OCP interface and PCIe interface. The rail assembly between the front-end bracket and the OCP interface carries in the OCP card when the card is inserted.

A server containing hard disk modules which can be slid into place and which allow connection at the front and at the rear of a housing. The server includes the housing which defines an opening, the hard disk modules, and a plurality of trays. Receiving channels communicating with the opening are defined in the housing, the receiving channels are isolated and arranged side by side and each channel can receive one tray. A hard disk module is positioned in one tray, a front end and a rear end of the housing defines front connection port and rear connection port for cable connections to each hard disk module.

Server constructed with trays for hard disk modules

A cabinet and a server having the cabinet are disclosed, the cabinet includes a housing, two trays, an elastic piece, and a limiting piece. The trays are arranged in parallel and capable of sliding out of an opening or retracting in the housing. The elastic piece is connected to the housing and arranged between the trays. The limiting piece is connected to the elastic piece and arranged between the trays, each of the trays defines a hole corresponding to the limiting piece, each of the trays includes a protrusion. When one of the trays slides out of the opening, the protrusion slides to the limiting piece and pushes the limiting piece into the hole of the other tray; when the tray retracts in the housing, the protrusion slides away from the limiting piece, the elastic piece elastically recover the limiting piece to separate from the hole.

A server includes a case, a mounting frame, a heating element, a connecting plate, and a cooling mechanism. The heating element, the connecting plate, and the cooling mechanism are mounted on the mounting frame. The heating element is detachably mounted on the connecting plate. The connecting plate includes a plug portion configured to plug with an operating mechanism mounted in the case.

Server

A loop thermosiphon (LTS) heat sink includes an evaporator, a condenser, a gas conduit, and a liquid conduit. The evaporator includes a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and a third surface coupled between the first surface and the second surface. Each of the first surface and the second surface is configured to mount a heat generating component. One end of the gas conduit is coupled to one end of the liquid conduit, and another end of the gas conduit and another end of the liquid conduit are coupled to the evaporator through the third surface. The evaporator, the gas conduit, and the liquid conduit cooperatively form a circulation passage. A connecting portion of the gas conduit and the liquid conduit is received within the condenser.

An apparatus for mounting hard disk drive and storage device without the use of tools or fasteners includes a supporting base comprising opposite ends, elastic connecting members, and two side plates connected perpendicularly and respectively to opposite ends of the supporting base. Two elastic connecting members and an end plate connect between free ends of the pair of side plates through the elastic connecting members. Each side plate comprises one or more internal mounting pins and corresponding mounting holes are defined in sides of hard disk drive or storage device. A rotating plate is rotatable between closed and opened positions, the rotating plate can be closed to align the pins so as to clamp the device in place, or opened.

An apparatus for mounting hard disk drive and storage device without the use of tools includes a supporting base, a fixing arm, and a rotating arm parallel with the fixing arm. The fixing arm includes a fixing plate with an end fixed to the supporting base and first mounting pins perpendicularly connected to the fixing plate. The rotating arm includes a rotating plate with an end rotatably connected to the supporting base and second mounting pins are perpendicularly connected to the rotating plate. The rotating plate is rotatable between a closed and pin-aligned position, where the rotating plate is substantially parallel with the fixing plate, and an open position in which the mounting pins have been rotated out of alignment.

A securing apparatus for mounting a PCI or memory card comprises a mounting member and a base. The mounting member comprises a first fastening portion and a second fastening portion. The first fastening portion is connected to the second fastening portion through a fulcrum. The securing apparatus secures the memory card on an electronic device without the need for screws or other means of fixing.

The air guiding duct includes a first guiding plate and a second guiding plate. The first guiding plate includes a first pivoting portion and first extension panels. The several latching units are rotatably connected to a lower side of the side plate, a free end of the latching unit defines a latching portion. The side plate defines a latching slot corresponding to the latching portion, and when the latching unit is rotated to abut the side plate, the latching portion is latched in the latching slot and holds a hard disk drive strongly and stably in an receiving space defined by the bottom plate and the side plates.
