A system and method for managing a supply chain for distributing products integrates inventory control with packaging optimization. Historical demand data, cost and dimension data for products, containers, and shipping vessels is obtained, and a plurality of layout configurations for packing the products into the containers is determined. Based on the historical demand data and the cost and dimension data, an optimization model is used to determine (i) a layout configuration for the packing the products in the containers from amongst the plurality of layout configurations, and (ii) a shipment frequency for shipping containers packed according to the determined layout configuration. The optimization model is configured to minimize a cost of distributing products in the supply chain.

System and method for autonomously packing products into containers for distribution in a supply chain

Methods and systems for performing root cause analysis for an assembly line including a plurality of nodes using path tracking. One method includes receiving tracking data identifying a subset of the plurality of nodes processing a product produced by the assembly line and receiving approval data associated with the assembly line identifying whether each product produced by the assembly line fails an approval metric. The method also includes enumerating a plurality of paths through the assembly line based on the tracking data and determining a failure rate for each of the plurality of paths based on the approval data. In addition, the method includes identifying a malfunctioning path included in the plurality of paths based on the failure rate for each of the plurality of paths, identifying a malfunctioning node based on the malfunctioning path, and performing an automatic action to address the malfunctioning node.

Methods and systems for root cause analysis for assembly lines using path tracking

Systems and methods for diagnosing a vehicle using sound data. One system includes a server storing a plurality of models and a communication device including a microphone. The communication device is configured to receive sound data received through the microphone associated with the vehicle and wirelessly transmit a diagnosis request to the server. The server is configured to receive the diagnosis request and select a model based on the vehicle data. The server is also configured to apply the selected model to the sound data to generate a response to the diagnosis request and wirelessly transmit the response to the diagnosis request to the communication device. The communication device is further configured to output at least a portion of the response on an output mechanism of the wireless communication device, the response including at least one diagnosis of the vehicle.
