A control system for motor configured to control currents supplied to an armature coil and a field coil properly to achieve a required torque. The control system controls torque of a rotor by controlling a base torque generated by energizing an armature coil, and a field torque generated by energizing a field coil. When a target torque is equal to or greater than a predetermined torque, the controller controls the base torque and the field torque such that a ratio of the field torque to the target torque is increased greater than that of a case in which the target torque is less than the predetermined torque.

Control system for motor

A control device is for an internal combustion engine including a throttle valve and a variable valve mechanism, and configured to be operated at a prescribed target air-fuel ratio and capable of restarting from an intermittent stop. The control device includes an electronic control unit configured to start the internal combustion engine after starting an intake air amount reduction control, when a fuel injection amount equal to or larger than a prescribed amount is required and an intermittent stop time is equal to or longer than a prescribed time in a case of the restart from the intermittent stop. The intermittent stop time is a stop time from an immediately preceding intermittent stop to a current restart of the internal combustion engine. The intake air amount reduction control is a control of reducing the intake air amount by operating the variable valve mechanism with the throttle valve kept fully closed.

Control device for internal combustion engine

A control device is configured to read a required operation point of the internal combustion engine at the moment of restart following after intermittent stoppage, and to execute, when it is determined that the required operation point belongs to a reduced-cylinder operation allowed region and also to a reduced-cylinder operation restricted region which lies on a high load side of the reduced-cylinder operation allowed region, an all-cylinder operation and then move into a reduced-cylinder operation. A control apparatus for a hybrid vehicle is provided with a first charge controlling device configured to maintain output of an internal combustion engine at a predetermined value or more, and to charge a power storing device with an output excess with respect to an output request for the internal combustion engine. The control apparatus includes a second charge controlling device configured to charge the power storing device with an output increment caused by upshift of a gear shifting device. A control apparatus is applied to a hybrid vehicle including an internal combustion engine that is capable of changing over its combustion state between lean combustion and stoichiometric combustion. The control apparatus executes noise suppression control by limiting the operating point of the internal combustion engine to be upon a noise suppression line for lean combustion or to be upon a noise suppression line for stoichiometric combustion, so that the noise generated by a power transmission mechanism is suppressed. When changing over from lean combustion to stoichiometric combustion during execution of noise suppression control, the control apparatus of the present invention changes the air/fuel ratio after changing the operating point of the internal combustion engine from one point to a point that is more toward the lower torque side of the noise suppression line.

An electronic control unit included in a control system is configured to execute a change of a combustion mode in an inertia-phase period during a gear shift operation, or after the gear shift operation is completed, when a request for the change of the combustion mode and a request for a gear shift of the transmission mechanism overlap. The electronic control unit is configured to execute the change of the combustion mode in the inertia-phase period during the gear shift operation when conditions i) and ii) are established, and execute the change of the combustion mode after the gear shift operation is completed when conditions i) and iii) are established. The aforementioned conditions include: i) the change of the combustion mode is accompanied by an increase in engine power; ii) the power running mode is executed during the gear shift operation; and iii) the regeneration mode is executed during the gear shift operation.
