A connection terminal includes: a base portion; a folded portion folded back from a rear end of the base portion and extending toward a front side in the terminal fitting direction; a rise portion that is provided at the folded portion and rises in a direction away from the base portion; and a terminal contact portion extending from the rise portion toward the front side and being elastically deformable in a direction away from the base portion. The connection terminal is configured to receive a base portion of a counterpart connection terminal having a same configuration as that of the connection terminal such that the base portion of the counterpart connection terminal is inserted and elastically sandwiched between the base portion and the terminal contact portion of the connection terminal while the counterpart connection terminal is vertically inverted with respect to the connection terminal.

A service plug includes a first connector housing that accommodates a first terminal, a second connector housing that accommodates a second terminal, and a lever that is rotatably provided about a rotation shaft of the second connector housing, that has a cam groove into which a cam pin of the first connector housing is engaged, and that brings the second connector housing into a disengagement state when the lever is in a first operation position and brings the second connector housing into an engagement state when the lever is in a second operation position. The lever has a stopping wall at a terminal end of the cam groove.

Service plug

A service plug includes a first connector housing, a second connector housing, and a lever that is rotatable about a rotational shaft on the second housing. The lever is movable between a first operating position and a second operating position. The second connector housing is in a non-fitted state, when the lever is in the first operating position. The second connector housing is in a fitted state, when the lever is in the second operating position. The lever includes a preventive wall at a terminating end portion of the cam groove.

A lever fitting-type connector has a lever and a plug housing, the lever fitting-type connector includes: a contact member and a triangular recess in an inner wall surface of a sidewall of the lever and an outer wall surface of the plug housing. The triangular recess includes: a first inclined surface extending in a direction from the sliding start position toward the sliding end position and inclined in a projecting direction of the contact member; and a second inclined surface extending in a direction from the edge of the first inclined surface on the sliding end position side toward the sliding end position and inclined in a direction opposite to the projecting direction of the contact member. With a sliding direction of the lever as a reference, an inclined angle of the second inclined surface is smaller than an inclined angle of the first inclined surface.

Lever fitting-type connector

A lever-fitting-type connector includes a housing having a first terminal and a lever having a second terminal. The housing has a locking projection. The locking projection includes a front inclination surface and a rear inclination surface respectively extending along a sliding direction of the lever, and a ridgeline part where the front and rear inclination surfaces are connected to each other. The lever includes a locked part. The locked part has a convex surface. The convex surface, when the lever slides, moves over the ridgeline part from the front inclination surface toward the rear inclination surface.

An attaching structure for attaching a service-plug for shutting off and conducting an electric circuit of a vehicle to a power source device, comprises a floor panel constituting a bottom wall of a compartment of the vehicle and formed with an opening which faces the compartment; a metal plate disposed outside the vehicle than the floor panel and forming a cavity between the metal plate and the floor metal plate and covering the power source device, and including an attachment portion to which the service-plug is attached and raised toward the opening in the cavity; and a sealing member for keeping the cavity liquid-tight disposed between the floor panel and the metal sheet so as to surround the attachment portion; wherein the service-plug is detachably attached to the attachment portion so as to project toward the compartment through the opening.

Attaching structure capable of preventing a service-plug from exposure to water

A sealing member configured to be installed to an outer peripheral surface of a first connector housing among a pair of connector housings seal so as to seal a gap between an outer peripheral surface of a first connector housing and an inner peripheral surface of a second connector housing is provided. An inner peripheral surface of the sealing member is formed with protrusions and grooves which are aligned with a first wavelength in an axial direction of the sealing member. An outer peripheral surface of the sealing member is formed with protrusions and grooves which are aligned with a second wavelength in the axial direction. The first wavelength is equal to or smaller than the second wavelength. Positions of the protrusions of the inner peripheral surface are shifted from positions of the protrusions of the outer peripheral surface in the axial direction.

Sealing member and sealing structure

In a power shutoff device, an operation lever is provided to be rotatable between a first position where a receiving connector and the plug connector are separated and a second position where the receiving connector and the plug connector are fitted. The operation lever is slidable in a direction perpendicular to the fitting direction at the second position. A fitting detecting connector includes a fitting detecting receiving connector accommodating a pair of fitting detecting terminals in a pipe body penetrating and protruding from a side wall of a housing of the receiving connector, and a fitting detecting plug connector accommodating a conductive member electrically connecting the fitting detecting terminals in a pipe body. The fitting detecting plug connector is provided at a distal end part of the operation lever so as to be fitted to the fitting detecting receiving connector when the operation lever slides at the second position.
