A grease composition, containing a base oil (A), a urea-based thickener (B), and a polymer compound (C). The particles that make up the urea-based thickener (B) in the grease composition satisfy the following requirement (I): the particles have an arithmetic average particle diameter on an area basis as measured by a laser diffraction/scattering method of 2.0 μm or less, and the polymer compound (C) has a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 30,000 or more and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 2.20 or less.

Grease composition

A grease composition, containing a base oil (A), a urea-based thickener (B), and melamine cyanurate (C). Particles containing the urea-based thickener (B) in the grease composition satisfy the following requirement (I): the particles have an area-based arithmetic average particle diameter of 2.0 μm or less, as measured by a laser diffraction/scattering method.

A grease composition which contains a base oil (A), a urea-based thickener (B), a sarcosine derivative (C), and a fatty acid zinc salt (D), wherein particles containing the urea-based thickener (B) in the grease composition satisfies Requirement (I). The base oil (A) is a blended base oil containing a high viscosity hydrocarbon-based synthetic oil having a specific kinematic viscosity (A1). A low viscosity hydrocarbon-based synthetic oil having a specific kinematic viscosity (A2). An ultra-high viscosity hydrocarbon-based synthetic oil has a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 2,500 to 4,500 and a specific kinematic viscosity (A3). A 40° C. kinematic viscosity of the base oil (A) is 500 mm/s to 1,500 mm/s. A viscosity index of the base oil (A) is 140 or more. A content of the fatty acid zinc salt (D) is 10 mass % to 20 mass % based on a total amount of the grease composition.

A grease composition may contain a base oil (A) and a urea-based thickener (B). Particles containing the urea-based thickener (B) in the grease composition may satisfy requirement (I). The base oil (A) may be a mixed base oil containing a high-viscosity base oil (A1) having a kinematic viscosity at 40° C. of 250 mm/s to 550 mm/s, a low-viscosity base oil (A2) having a kinematic viscosity at 40° C. of 5.0 mm/s to 110 mm/s, and an ultra-high viscosity hydrocarbon-based synthetic oil (A3) having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 2,500 to 4,500 and a kinematic viscosity at 40° C. of 25,000 mm/s to 50,000 mm/s. The base oil (A) may have a kinematic viscosity at 40° C. of 25 mm/s to 105 mm/s and a viscosity index of 120 or more. Both low-temperature characteristics and a lubricating life can be achieved.

The present invention addresses a problem of providing a grease composition containing a urea-based thickener and capable of appropriately maintaining the kinematic friction force in lubrication parts. The grease composition contains a base oil (A) and a urea-based thickener (B), wherein the base oil (A) has a kinematic viscosity at 40&#xb0; C. of 100 mm/s or more, and the particles containing the urea-based thickener (B) in the grease composition satisfy the following requirement (I). Requirement (I): the area-based arithmetic average particle diameter of the particles is 2.0 &#x3bc;m or less, as measured by a laser diffraction/scattering method.

The present invention relates to a grease composition which can impart excellent durability to a bearing used under a high-speed rotation condition with a DN value of 100,000 or more, wherein the grease composition contains a base oil (A) and a urea-based thickener (B), and particles containing the urea-based thickener (B) in the grease composition satisfy requirement (I) that the particles have an arithmetic mean particle diameter of 2.0 &#x3bc;m or less on an area basis when measured by a laser diffraction scattering method. The grease composition is used for a bearing used under a high-speed rotation condition with a DN value of 100,000 or more.

In order to reliably detect a target object located within a projection area and measure a distance to the detected target object, a distance measurement system includes: a light emitting device including a phase-modulation-type spatial light modulator element, and configured to emit projected light for forming a pattern associated with a phase distribution displayed on a display part of the spatial light modulator element, toward at least two projection areas; a light receiving device for capturing an area including a pattern to be formed by projected light emitted by the light emitting device; and a control device for controlling light emission from the light emitting device, verifying, for each projection area, presence or absence of a target object within the projection area by analyzing imaging data captured by the light receiving device, and measuring a distance to a detected target object.

Provided is a grease composition which contains (A) a mixed base oil containing (A1) a low-viscosity base oil having a kinematic viscosity at 40&#xb0; C. of 10 to 50 mm/s and (A2) a high-viscosity base oil having a kinematic viscosity at 40&#xb0; C. of 200 to 700 mm/s, (B) a lithium-based thickener and (C) a polymer having a kinematic viscosity at 100&#xb0; C. of 1,000 to 100,000 mm/s, and has an apparent viscosity at &#x2212;10&#xb0; C., as measured according to JIS K2220:2013 and at a shear rate of 10 s, of 50 to 250 mPa&#xb7;s. The present invention relates to a grease composition containing a base oil (A), a thickener (B), and an additive (C) composed of at least two selected from a sarcosine derivative (C1), an amine compound (C2), and an amide compound (C3), wherein the content of the component (C) is 0.1 to 10.0% by mass on a basis of the total amount of the grease composition.
