A method, network device, and non-transitory storage medium are described, in which a device receives input from an entity that is authorized to select parameters associated with issuing remote control commands to multiple autonomous vehicles operated in a geographic service area; generates an autonomous vehicle control token based on selected parameters; and transmits the autonomous vehicle control token via a plurality of multicast bearers associated with multiple base stations of the geographic service area in a wireless network, to the multiple autonomous vehicles over a same multicast channel.

Remote token-based control of autonomous vehicles

A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are provided to receive network resource information pertaining to a network, and generate timeslot information pertaining to a network based on the network resource information. The timeslot information may indicate a date, a time period, a geographic service area, and quality of service parameters in which the network resource is available for use by subscribers of a multicast service to deliver programs. The timeslot information and cost information are published, and the OTT multicast service provisions the delivery of programs using timeslots secured by the subscribers.

Over-the-top multicast services

A network device receives input from an operator that selects parameters associated with issuing at least one remote control command to at least one autonomous vehicle. The network device generates an autonomous vehicle control token based on the selected parameters, and transmits the control token, via a wireless network, to the at least one autonomous vehicle.
