A ground engaging vehicle including a tool having a moving member and a control system controlling a speed of the moving member. The control system includes an adjustable proportional control and a triggering control. The adjustable proportional control creates a signal to thereby select a direction and a speed of the moving member. The triggering control setting the direction and/or the speed dependent upon the signal resulting in a set direction and a set speed, the triggering control subsequently setting the speed to zero.

Method and differential-lock control apparatus for differential lock control are disclosed. A control unit is arranged for communication with an engine speed sensor, a differential-lock activation control, and a differential lock. The control unit is adapted to allow for reduction of an engine speed to a desired engine speed if the engine speed is at least a threshold engine speed in response to receipt of an activate-differential-lock request signal, and adapted to subsequently output an activate-differential-lock control signal to the differential lock so as to command activation of the differential lock.

Hydrostatic auxiliary drive system

An electrical control circuit for supplying an analog voltage signal to an electronic transmission controller for a hydrostatic transmission. The control circuit comprises two switches located on a T-bar handle of a control lever. The first switch is closed for reducing the speed of the vehicle and the second switch is closed for increasing the speed of the vehicle. The circuit is provided with a constant direct current voltage source. A first resistor is mounted in series with the voltage source. A second resistor in turn is mounted in series with the first resistor. The first switch is mounted in parallel with second resistor. A third resistor is mounted in series with the second resistor downstream from the first resistor. The third resistor is coupled to ground. The second switch is mounted in series with the second resistor downstream from the first resistor. A fourth resistor is mounted in series with the second switch. The second switch and fourth resistor are mounted in parallel to the third resistor. A voltage signal output is located between the second and third resistors and supplies an analog voltage signal to the electronic transmission controller.
