A collapsible stroller including a lockable hinge and a seat assembly pivotally mounted on the stroller frame. With the use of a seat strap attached to the seat assembly, the stroller can be collapsed using one hand. Pulling on the seat strap pivots the seat assembly to a position in which engagement surfaces on the seat assembly engage with the hinge latch of the lockable hinge. Engaging the hinge latch with the seat assembly unlocks the lockage hinge allowing the stroller to collapse.

A multi-point buckle assembly includes a body having a top opening on a top surface, a plurality of side openings, and a plurality of channels, a release button disposed within the top opening, a plurality of main tongues, and a plurality of side tongues, wherein each of the plurality of main tongues is adapted to fit into each of the plurality of side openings and each of the plurality of side tongues is adapted to fit into each of the plurality of channels.

Three and five point buckle

A rotation and translation bracket providing pivotal and linear adjustment. The bracket includes a base, a rotation lock and pivotal member, and a translation lock and linear tube. Linear adjustment is allowed by tightening or loosening the translation lock. In a locked position the tube is fixed between locking surfaces of the base and translation lock. Inclined surfaces on the base and translation lock slide against each other providing an increasing binding force to be exerted on the tube as the translation lock is tightened. When tightened, the base, translation lock, and tube remain in a substantially fixed position. Pivotal adjustment is allowed by tightening or loosening the rotation lock. In a locked position the pivotal member is fixed between locking surfaces of the base and rotation lock. Inclined surfaces on the base and rotation lock slide against the inner surface of the pivotal member providing an increasing binding force to be exerted on the pivotal member as the rotation lock is tightened. When tightened, the base, rotation lock, and tube remain in a substantially fixed position.

Rotation and translation bracket

An assembly of a buckle mechanism and blade. The buckle mechanism includes a housing surrounding a guide supported by a base. The guide engages a fastening surface of the blade with the lock surface of a projection of the base and has at least one wall defining a void, which is positionable in a first position so that the projection occupies at least a portion of the void and a second position so that the projection is disengaged from the void. The base has a surface and a projection extending away from the surface. A biasing member locates the guide to a first position in which the blade engages the projection and opposes movement of the guide to a second position in which the blade disengages from the projection. The blade is secured to and released from the buckle mechanism by inserting the blade into the guide; engaging the fastening surface of the blade with the lock surface of the projection; moving the fastening surface of the blade by the guide in a first direction substantially oblique to the planar surface to disengage the fastening surface of the blade from the lock surface of the projection; and removing the blade from the guide in a second direction substantially parallel to the planar surface of the base.

A collapsible stroller with a slidable basket is provided. In the fully opened position, the basket extends to the rear of the stroller to allow easy access, and a relatively large storage space. During folding, the basket is retracted toward the front of the stroller to minimize storage space.

The invention includes a switch designed for use in adverse conditions such as for use with physically challenged persons. The switch can include a housing comprising top and bottom housings. The top and bottom housing each have a mating surface which guide the top and bottom housing during activation of the switch while permitting an activation force applied from various directions to activate an electrical switch located within the housing. The switch can include a flange type seal member for resisting entrance of contaminants into the housing and can include a ring member for attaching the switch to a user's body for easy manipulation of the switch. In addition, the switch is designed to be quickly and easily fit together during assembly and therefore easily manufactured.

An improved high chair system includes a leg structure, a child seat, and a lower and an upper tray. The child seat may be reclined, and includes a pair of sloping arm rests which allow the child to be placed close to the dining table and allow easy access to the child. The lower tray may be removably mounted on the sloping arm rests, and the upper tray may be mounted on the lower tray. The upper tray includes a tray area which is larger than that of the lower tray. Advantageous mounting structures for the upper and lower trays are disclosed.
