Handle for holding a cleaning device

An implement for a cleaning system. The system has a floor cleaning device, which can accept a cleaning sheet removably attachable to the device. The device has a foot which comprises a housing and a panel movable in relationship to each other. The sheet is removably attachable to the panel, without requiring attachment to the housing. This arrangement provides ergonomic benefit and ease of sheet replacement. The cleaning system may be used to clean hard surfaces, such as a floor.

Floor cleaning device having a sole plate to removably receive a cleaning sheet thereon

A drone which can be piloted by a user. The drone has at least one or both of a depending head and an outwardly extending elongate handle. A cleaning sheet may be removably disposed on the head, to clean a target surface, such as a floor or countertop. A duster may be removably disposed on the handle, to clean a target surface, such as an elevated surface or clean personal items.

Aerial drone cleaning device and method of cleaning a target surface therewith

A device for cleaning debris from a target surface. The device has a handle for gripping by a user, a hole in the handle which removably receives a replaceable container of cleaning solution and a flat surface which removably receives a cleaning pad. This device may be extruded from a monolithic piece of material, cut to length. The resulting device is unitary, inexpensive and durable. The pad/cleaning solution may be replaced when depleted and replaced with a new pad/cleaning solution or may simply be replaced with a new pad/cleaning solution as may be more suitable for a particular cleaning task. The device may be foam, which provides for an inexpensive construction material and convenient, ergonomic gripping.

The device has a single wheel, and moves on the target surface by rolling action of the wheel and gliding of the floor sheet. This arrangement, not having multiple wheels, provides enhanced maneuverability, and improves cleaning performance. The cleaning system may be used to clean hard surfaces, such as a floor.

Floor cleaning device having disposable floor sheets and rotatable beater bar and method of cleaning a floor therewith

A foot for a device and a related device for cleaning a target surface and which can accept a sheet for contact with the target surface. The device also has a rotatable beater bar. The beater bar and sheet provide two cleaning modes for the device. The device has a foot which comprises a housing and forward lip for the beater bar and further has a sole plate for accepting the cleaning sheet. The lip and proximate edge of the sole plate are in spaced in relationship to each other. The proper spacing between the portion of the housing with the beater and sole plate holding the sheet, provides for improved dual mode cleaning performance. The cleaning system may be used to clean hard surfaces, such as a floor.

Floor cleaning device having a dust bin and a panel for holding a cleaning sheet proximate thereto

A retainer for removably attaching a sheet to a cleaning device. The retainer has at least one cantilevered finger extending inwardly from the periphery of a cavity towards the inside of that cavity. Behind the retainer is a flexible barrier, at least partially covering the back of the cavity. The barrier prevents the user's finger from going too far into the cavity and becoming pinched, and allows the thickness of the device to which the sheet is attached to be reduced compared to a device having a conventional sheet retainer. The barrier may provide visual and/or tactile barrier cues to a user, qualitatively signaling the user which direction is proper for insertion of the sheet into the retainer and quantitatively signally the user how far the sheet should be inserted into the retainer. Strands and/or a membrane panel which are elastic or inelastic may be used for the barrier.

Cleaning device having plural and customizable cleaning surfaces

A head for cleaning a target surface, such as a toilet bowl. The head has a longitudinal axis and comprises a starch based material. The material may be provided as a sheet, and formed to make a generally round head or a head of laminae. The head may optionally contain granules, which optionally define a core and improve the stiffness of the head. The starch based material may be extruded to have a machine direction oriented in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning device.

A unit dose for cleaning an unsanitary surface, such as a toilet bowl. The unit dose comprises a water dispersible shell containing granules defining a core. The granules obviate the need for sheet material in the unit dose and provide cleaning efficacy when submerged.

Cleaning head for a target surface

A device for spraying contents from a pressurized container. The device has an anti-pre-spray mechanism which prevents inadvertent actuation or spray when a new container is loaded into the device. The anti-pre-spray mechanism provides a dead band between a valve assembly in the pressurized container and an actuation mechanism. The dead band may comprise a gap, spring, etc. The actuation mechanism may be activated by the consumer at the point of use.

Spray device

A plural nozzle cleaning implement. The nozzles are oriented inwardly, to provide a converging spray pattern. The converging spray pattern provides more coverage of the target surface, which increases residence time of fluid sprayed onto debris.
