A burn-in station (BIS) for performing burn-in testing of electronic devices, comprising: a main frame; a plurality of burn-in drivers (BIDs) embedded in the main frame and each including a plurality of slots; wherein each of the slots receives a burn-in board (BIB) meant to accommodate a plurality of devices to be tested; wherein each of the slots comprises a slot cover which, in an operative condition, tops the BIB to define a slot chamber enclosing the devices to be tested: wherein the slot cover comprises heating means meant to heat the underlying slot chamber.

Burn-in station for performing burn-in testing of electronic devices

A contact probe for electronic tests includes an upper part having an end portion for contacting a first electronic component; a lower part having an end for contacting a second electronic component; and an elongated and deformable central body interposed between the upper and lower parts. The lower part has an enlarged head with a lower surface intended to rest at least partially onto a horizontal surface, the lower surface having an inclination angle from the horizontal surface onto which it rests when the probe is unbuckled and, when the probe is buckled, it can assume a position in which the lower surface moves to rest entirely onto the horizontal surface, thereby eliminating the inclination angle.

The present invention concerns a heating assembly () for generating heat in order to carry out temperature-dependent tests on an electronic component () arranged inside a socket (), the heating assembly () comprising: A heating device () comprising an electrically conductive material () in such a manner as to allow the passage of an electrical current to produce heat. According to the invention, the assembly further comprises: A covering () of a thermally insulating material suitable for containing said heating device () inside, the covering having at least one opening at one side for allowing the heat diffusion through said opening; Fastening means for fastening said covering () to a support surface (B), in such a manner that, while used, the heating device (), arranged inside said covering (), faces said support surface (B) through said opening.
