A tamper-evident, child-proof package having an outer package and having an inner package, the inner package being at least partially received in the outer package, and the inner package for opening and closing the package being disposed so as to be displaceable in the outer package, and the package has at least one securing structure as an anti-tamper feature for impeding or preventing the opening of the package, or the access to the products disposed in the inner package. The at least one securing structure is effective between the inner package and the outer package so as to impede or prevent the inner package being displaced in the outer package in order for the package to be opened.

Tamper-evident package, in particular child-proof package

A tamper-evident, child-proof package, having an outer package and having an inner package, the inner package being at least partially received in the outer package, and the inner package for opening and closing the package being disposed so as to be displaceable in the outer package, and the package has at least one securing structure as an anti-tamper feature for impeding or preventing the opening of the package, or the access to the products disposed in the inner package. The at least one securing structure is effective between the inner package and the outer package so as to impede or prevent the inner package being displaced in the outer package in order for the package to be opened.

Pack for lump-form or granular material

The hinge-lid pack comprising box part () and lid () features a polygon-like configuration in the region of its side walls (), namely having angular wall legs () and a narrow, transverse side wall (). The cross-sectional shape of the hinge-lid pack thus conforms to the contour of a cigarette group as the pack's contents, with the cigarette group having at its edges adjacent to the side walls () a marginal transverse row of 2 cigarettes and adjacent thereto a transverse row of 3 cigarettes.

A powerful throughput magazine of the 'first in first out' type is activated for the handling of diapers () or similar objects during the transport from a converter () to a packer (), the diapers being transported as diaper groups () through said magazine. The magazine () comprises of an endless magazine conveyor () having transversely directed bars (), wherein one diaper group () each is disposed between adjacent bars on the magazine conveyor () in an upright position. After removing the diapers () from the magazine (), the diaper groups () are separated again, and the diapers are individually fed to the packer ().

Device for handling diapers

To test the integrity of packages&#x2014;cups ()&#x2014;a package conveyor () is provided, on whose conveying run () the cups () are positioned at a distance from one another, specifically in a correct formation forming transverse rows (). In order to form a sealed testing chamber () for a group of cups () to be tested, a covering hood () can be lowered from above onto the package conveyor (). Together with the covering hood (), the latter forms a sealed testing chamber (). A vacuum is produced in the latter, with the consequence that the packages experience deformation, specifically the cups () experience deformation of a closure film. Non-sealed cups () are identified and separated out.

Method and device for controlling closed packages

Transponders are used for identifying objects such as packaging, packaging material or machines and machine elements and are attached to the object to be identified. The transponders contain data which are provided by an electronic write unit and which can be recognized by a read unit. The transponders are provided in a concealed manner on the machines, machine parts, etc. or are embedded in the machine part, for example, inside a recess.

Cigarette pack

A cuboidal cigarette pack of the hinge-lid-box type () is enclosed by an outer wrapper made of film. The latter has a tear-open thread () which extends obliquely or diagonally in the region of a front wall () and rear wall () and merges into side walls () via arcuate regions. This allows optimum opening and removal of the outer wrapper with the aid of the tear-open thread ().

For the production of (cigarette) packs of different configurations, for example standard pack (), round-edged pack () or octagonal pack (), subassemblies and elements of the packaging machine are exchanged and/or uncoupled from the drive. For this purpose, a pack-specific operating element is provided with a drive which has a coupling and/or uncouplable gear-mechanism parts. These, in turn, are assigned operable handling elements which allow adjustment for coupling or uncoupling or removing sub-elements.

The hinge-lid box is accompanied by a printing carrier or coupon ( ), which is arranged within the hinge-lid box in a position which is favorable from the point of view of production and for handling the hinge-lid box. For this purpose, the coupon ( ) has a leg ( ) which is directed toward a lid front wall ( ) on the inside. Said leg is in form-fitting engagement with a lid inner tab ( ), which is likewise arranged on the inside of the lid front wall ( ). When the lid ( ) is opened, the coupon is partially pulled out of the hinge-lid box or of a box part ( ) of the same.

Cigarette pack, i.e. a soft pack, composed of a blank of thin, foldable packaging material, which is made of a paper layer and an outer plastic layer of thermally sealable material. Due to respective folding in the area of bottom wall ( ), top wall ( ) and side wall ( ), folding webs partially overlap with outer plastic layers ( ) directly facing each other and being sealed together or with the plastic layer being joined by sealing with the paper layer or a further inner layer.

Process and apparatus for producing (cigarette) packs with supporting protrusions ( ), formed within the pack, above a base wall ( ), the supporting protrusions ( ) being formed by folding webs ( ).
