According to one embodiment, a method, computer system, and computer program product for evaluating a data request is provided. The embodiment may include receiving a request to share data of a user during an interaction between an intelligent virtual assistant (IVA) representing the user and a requesting entity. The request is sent from the requesting entity to the IVA. The embodiment may include calculating an overall data sharing confidence score based on an evaluation of the request. The embodiment may include determining whether the overall data sharing confidence score is above a data sharing threshold value. In response to determining that the overall data sharing confidence score is above the data sharing threshold value, the embodiment may include instructing the IVA to share the data of the user with the requesting entity.

The method includes one or more processors determining a user that is associated with the information included in a requested printing event. In one example implementation according to aspects of the present disclosure, a computer-implemented method includes receiving a message sent to a collaboration group via a first network connection. The first processing system is a member of the collaboration group. The method further includes downloading data associated with the message via the first network connection. The method further includes determining whether any additional processing systems that are members of the collaboration group are in proximity to the first processing system. The method further includes one or more processors identifying an automated teller machine (ATM) preferred by the user. In response to determining that the ATM preferred by the user cannot fulfill the determined transaction plan, the method further includes determining one or more alternate ATMs that can fulfill the determined transaction plan.

Aspects of the invention include collecting contact information in a background mode by a contact service application executing on a first electronic communication device of a first user. The collecting includes detecting via a first communication channel second electronic communication devices of second users executing copies of the contact service application. Contact information is received for each of the second users. At least a portion of the contact information for each of the second users is in a format that is not readable via a user interface of the first electronic communication device. A request from the first user to contact a selected one of the second users is received via the user interface of the first electronic communication device. In response to receiving the request, a second communication channel is initiated with the selected one of the second users based at least in part on the received contact information.

The captured portion is presented on a user interface. A query for data that is associated with the dialog box is sent to a database. Based on extracted information received in response to the query, a response that is associated with a click on the button is simulated based on an interaction with the captured portion. The electronic message is modified on the user interface based on the simulated response. The modification(s) present the captured portion on the user interface such that the captured portion includes details relating to a subject of the dialog box based on the simulated response.
