A descaling device includes a descaling-chemicals reservoir for descaling a hydraulic circuit of a hot-beverage producing machine. The descaling-chemicals reservoir has an outlet port arranged at or near the bottom portion of the descaling-chemicals reservoir. The descaling device further includes an inlet port and a water flow passage extending from the inlet port to the descaling-chemicals reservoir. The outlet port is provided with a closure member openable upon connection of the descaling device with a hydraulic circuit of a hot-beverage producing machine. The inlet and outlet ports can be placed in fluid communication, such that water is sucked through the inlet port for flow through the descaling-chemicals reservoir and discharge through the outlet port.

Descaling hot-beverage producing machines

The infusion unit comprises a receptacle () for receiving at least one ingredient in bulk form for the preparation of a beverage, as well as a brewing piston () arranged for insertion in the receptacle and forming a brewing chamber therewith. The brewing piston () is provided with a sealing arrangement () for sliding and sealing engagement with an inner wall of the receptacle when the brewing piston is in the receptacle. A hydraulic actuator () controls the movement of the brewing piston () so as to adjust the volume of the brewing chamber by moving the brewing piston in a brewing position inside the receptacle. A hot water delivery circuit () is further provided, for delivering hot water in the interior of the brewing chamber and performing a brewing cycle.

Infusion unit for making beverages with a hydraulic closing system

A brewing device includes a frame that has an insertion area for inserting a capsule towards a brewing position. Further, the brewing device includes a brewing chamber that has a first portion and a second portion. The first and second portions of the brewing chamber are slidingly arranged in a sliding area of the frame. The first portion and the second portion both slide with respect to each other and with respect to the frame between a closed position and an open position. Ducts supply a brewing fluid to the chamber and outlet a brewed product from the brewing chamber. A pair of opposed guiding channels are provided for inserting, from a top of the insertion area, the capsule in the brewing position which is fixed with respect to the frame, and at least one member is provided for supporting the capsule in the brewing position.

Brewing device for preparing a food product

The infusion unit () comprises a moving element () with a seat () for ingredients for making said beverages, forming an infusion chamber () and shifting from a position for charging the ingredients to an infusion position, wherein the seat is between a hot water dispensing device () and a beverage outlet nozzle () opposite one another. The hot water dispensing device () comprises a cylinder-piston actuator () fed by a first conduit () of water under pressure that controls a closing movement of the dispensing device () towards the seat () in infusion position. Moreover, the piston () of the actuator is associated to a conduit () of hot water under pressure. The piston exhibits a feeding chamber () of the hot water under pressure with an outlet port on a closing surface (A) of the infusion chamber.

Infusion unit for drinks with hydraulic closing system

A device includes a first water heater, having a first water duct and a first heating member, and a second water heater, having a second water duct. The first water heater and the second water heater are in thermal connection with each other.

Device for heating water and producing steam

An infusion unit includes a support and a drawer having at least one seat for a single-serving sachet, the seat sliding relative to the support and movable between a charging position of the single-serving sachet and an infusion position. The infusion unit further includes a dispensing member for dispensing water under pressure to the single-serving sachet. A lever controls the movement of the drawer and a mechanical connection between the lever and the drawer and between the lever and the dispensing member. A stopping element locks the single-serving sachet into the infusion position after the dispensing. The seat, partly delimited by a pair of arms oscillating relative to the drawer, is interchangeable for seating capsules of various shapes or dimensions.

Infusion unit for making beverages from single-serving sachets and machine comprising said unit

An infusion unit includes a moving element with a seat for ingredients for making beverages. The moving element is configured to shift from a position for charging the ingredients to an infusion position, where the seat is between a hot water dispensing device and a beverage outlet nozzle opposite one another. A washing member is integral to the moving element where, through the movement of the moving element, the washing member may be positioned between the hot water dispensing device and the beverage outlet nozzle for forming a washing channel. Through the washing channel, the water dispensed by the hot water dispensing device flows towards the beverage outlet nozzle.
