A switching device including a switching unit with one or more electric poles having an insulating casing. The switching device is reversibly movable between an insertion position, at which said switching unit is electrically connected with an electric line, and a withdrawal position, at which said switching unit is electrically disconnected from said electric line. One or more actuating elements may be operatively coupleable with an actuating mechanism of a shutter device to operate one or more shutters of the shutter device during the movement of the switching device. The actuating elements may be fixed to the switching unit. At least one of the actuating elements includes a first mechanical connection with the insulating casing of at least one of the electric poles, and the insulating casing of at least one of the electric poles includes a second mechanical connection with at least one of the actuating elements.

An electrical adapter is disclosed for connecting a connection contact of a circuit breaker with an associated contact piece of an electrical circuit along which the circuit breaker has to be inserted, including a hollow tubular element having a first end portion and a second end portion configured to be electrically connected to a connection contact and a contact piece, respectively, an inner cavity of the hollow tubular element having, at the first end portion, a first frusto-conical shape. A first connector having a hollow deformable body and configured to be accommodated inside the first end portion. A locking body configured to be securely placed along the inner cavity of the hollow tubular element. A second connector including a first connection portion configured to be accommodated inside the first end portion of the hollow tubular element.

A Medium Voltage circuit breaker which comprises a pole assembly having, for each phase, an interruption chamber housing a first fixed contact and a second movable contact reciprocally couplable/uncouplable between an open and close position; the Medium Voltage circuit breaker further comprises an actuator to actuate the opening and closing operation of said circuit breaker and an insulating base frame supporting said pole assembly and said actuator.

A Medium Voltage circuit breaker which comprises a pole assembly having, for each phase, a first fixed contact and a second movable contact reciprocally couplable/uncouplable between an open and close position. The circuit breaker further comprises an actuator to actuate the opening and closing operation of said circuit breaker, and a kinematic chain operatively connecting said actuator to said movable contact. The kinematic chain comprises a sliding element operatively connected to said actuator, said sliding element having a first sliding surface operatively coupled to said movable contact and being movable between a first, open, position and a second, closed, position.

A bistable permanent-magnet actuator is disclosed having a tailored switching/position force characteristic, with an adequate, modifiable holding force in the end positions. The actuator is characterized in that the yoke is formed by two parts that are mounted so as to face each other and are separated by two gaps. The dimensions of the air gaps may be tailored to obtain intended characteristics.
