A motor-vehicle seat, in particular a rear motor-vehicle seat, includes a backrest frame having an upper cross-member, and a headrest connected to the upper cross-member and tiltable between an upright operative position and an inoperative position rotated forwardly relative to the operative position. The headrest is rotatably mounted on the upper cross-member of the backrest frame, whereby it is adapted to tilt between its operative and inoperative positions around a transversal axis which is vertically located substantially at the same height of the cross-member.

An air outlet device has a supporting structure suitable for communicating, in use, with an air ventilation system, and an outlet member that is configured so as to supply an air flow along an outlet axis and is coupled to the supporting structure so as to rotate by 180&#xb0; about a joint axis orthogonal to the outlet axis, to assume two opposite configurations. The outlet member comprises a plurality of deflecting walls defining a plurality of air ducts, which are arranged about the outlet axis and distributed axially in sequence. The deflecting walls are shaped and/or positioned so as to guide the air in the air ducts in directions having a radial component. At least one of the deflecting walls has a series of through-holes made in positions that are spaced apart about the outlet axis.

In a motor-vehicle seat a padding body of a cushion and/or backrest has a passage for air coming from an air conditioning system of the motor-vehicle. This passage includes a closed cavity defined between a lowered surface formed in an outer surface of the padding body and the seat cover. At least part of the closed cavity is separated from the cover through a layer of a material substantially impervious to air, configured to exchange heat by thermal conduction, through the cover with a body of an occupant.

A seat backrest for a motor vehicle has a structure, which supports a padding covered by a cover; the structure has a rear plate provided with a coupling portion, to which an end of the cover is fixed along a peripheral edge of the plate itself; the plate is fixed to a front frame by means of a snap-on connecting device having a plurality of deformable appendages, which are carried by the plate in positions that are spaced apart from one another; the appendages are part of respective brackets, which are fixed to the plate and have respective stiffening portions, which are arranged at the coupling portion.

A vehicle is provided with a luggage compartment that houses an additional support unit having a loading floor, height-adjustable between a lowered position and at least one raised position; when in the raised position, the loading floor is supported, but can rotate upwards about a horizontal axis of rotation; the unit has two levers, which are hinged to a fixed structure about a first horizontal axis and to the loading floor about a second horizontal axis, which is set apart from the first horizontal axis by a variable distance.

A vehicle is provided with a luggage compartment that houses an additional support unit having a loading floor, height-adjustable between a lowered position and at least one raised position; the unit has two levers hinged to a fixed structure about a first horizontal axis and to the loading floor about a second horizontal axis, parallel to the first one; when placed in the raised position, the loading floor is supported, but can be rotated upwards about the second horizontal axis; the levers carry respective appendages, which rest on fixed brackets to support the loading floor in the raised position.

A vehicle seat supporting body has padding which has a honeycomb body of elastic material and is covered with upholstery permeable to air and defining a user supporting surface; the cells of the honeycomb body extend along axes crosswise to the supporting surface, are open at the ends, and, in use, vary in volume in response to oscillating movement of the user; on the opposite side to the supporting surface, at least one opening connects the cells to the outside, and is opened/closed automatically by valves in response to compression and decompression of the air in the cells.

A lumbar support for a vehicle backrest has a rest member with a front surface shaped to support an area of a user's back, and an elastic member behind the rest member; the elastic member has an intermediate portion fixed to the rest member and two opposite ends fixed connected to a backrest frame, maintains the rest member in a rest position and can deform in response to a thrust of the user's back so as to let the rest member move between the rest position and a first position under normal conditions, and then abruptly towards a second position when a thrust of a user's back exceeds a given force value; the force/displacement curve of the elastic member has a slope which is between zero and a given threshold in the section between the first and the second positions, the threshold being equal to 0.5 [N/mm].

A dashboard for a motor vehicle is prearranged in such a way that the air for ventilation of the passenger compartment of the motor vehicle that exits from a top opening of the dashboard is deviated, by the Coanda effect, along the top surface of the dashboard and beyond the dashboard in the direction of the occupants of the passenger compartment. The dashboard is moreover provided with at least one flow-perturbing element, which can be brought into an active position thereof, in which it projects above the top surface of the dashboard, in an area immediately downstream of the aforesaid top opening, with reference to the direction of the flow of air coming out of the top opening. In the active position of the flow-perturbing element, the flow of air coming out of the top opening is deviated towards the windscreen of the motor vehicle. The movement of the flow-perturbing element is governed in synchronism with the movement of an open/close element that controls the flow of air to side front openings provided on the front surface of the dashboard, for the flow of air into the passenger compartment, and to auxiliary side openings, provided at the ends of the dashboard, for outflow of air in the direction of the side windows of the motor vehicle. The dashboard is without outlet openings for the air in the main central portion of its front surface, facing the occupants of the passenger compartment.

A lumbar support for a vehicle backrest has a resting element with a front surface shaped for supporting an area of the back of a user; the resting element is connected to a frame of the backrest via elastic elements, which are bistable for allowing the resting element to click from an advanced position to a rearward position when a thrust against the front surface exceeds a given threshold.

A module for an object-holding drawer of a dashboard of a motor vehicle can be chosen from a plurality of different modules for accommodating different objects and is provided with a container connected in a fixed position and in an interchangeable manner to a shell by means of an attachment device; the container has an opening closed by a door, which is hinged to the container by means of hinge elements that form part of the attachment device.
