A vehicle air filtration assembly includes a box having a longitudinal axis and a wall extending along first and second axes. A filter cartridge includes tubular filter media operatively connected to a plate group. The plate group has a first face with a sealing profile and a second face having at least two contact profiles. The filter cartridge is insertable into the box along an insertion direction substantially parallel to the first or second axis. The box includes a housing region between the wall and contact elements longitudinally spaced from the wall and axially spaced from each other. The plate group is housed in the housing region with the a sealing profile engaged with the wall and the contact profiles engaged to the contact elements. The sealing profile or contact profiles are shaped/positioned at variable vertical distances relative to an imaginary extension plane.

Air filtration assembly

A filtration assembly of a fluid of a vehicle extending along an axis includes a filtering cartridge and a filter body housing the filtering cartridge. The filtration assembly includes cartridge members and body members having engagement and disengagement configurations, respectively. The filtering cartridge includes an axial end plate on which the cartridge members are positioned. The cartridge members include blocking groups, each including a stem and a tooth projecting laterally and defining an engagement undercut. The body members include a housing region and a lug. In the engagement configuration, the tooth housed snap-fits in a respective housing region and the lug is housed in the undercut. The cartridge members and the body members include a cartridge border and a body border, to reciprocally engage in the reciprocal rotary actions so that the respective blocking group yields elastically radially in the reciprocal engagement between cartridge border and body border.

A blow-by gas filtration assembly has an axis and includes an assembly body including a filtration chamber, an inlet mouth for filtering the blow-by gases, and an outlet mouth for the filtered blow-by gases. A filter group includes a central cavity radially crossed by blow-by gases. An electric drive operatively connects to the filter group to command rotation about the axis and filtration, and includes an electric motor including a stator and rotor. An axial shaft includes a filter portion mounting the filter group, a command portion mounting the rotor, and a support portion axially between the filter and command portions. A support bearing radially engages the support portion and the assembly body. The filter assembly screwably engages the filter group and filter portion, by respective filter and shaft threads so the filter group screws to the shaft until the support bearing is axially engaged.

A blow-by gas filtration assembly an axis and includes a support body including a filtration chamber, an inlet mouth of the blow-by gases to be filtered, and an outlet mouth of the filtered blow-by gases. The filtration assembly includes a hollow, cylindrical filter group having a central chamber traversable radially from the outside to the inside by blow-by gases, a control drive operatively connected to the filter group to control it in rotation and a shaft, for support and control, extending along the axis defining internally an air duct through which the filtered blow-by gases flow. The shaft includes a filter portion on which the filter group is mounted, a control portion operatively connected to the control drive and an outflow portion axially positioned between the filter portion and the control portion including at least one outflow window through which the filtered blow-by gases flow.

A blow-by gas filtration assembly has an axis and includes a main body having a filtration chamber fitted with an outlet mouth at the axis. A filter group extends along the axis having a hollow cylindrical shape with a central chamber. An engine group operatively connects to the filter group for controlling its rotation about the axis. The engine assembly includes a rotor and a stator. A support and control shaft formed as a hollow body extends along the axis and includes an engine portion on which the rotor integrally mounts and a filter portion on which the filter group integrally mounts so that controlled rotation of the rotor corresponds to rotation of the shaft and thus of the filter group. The filter portion includes an outlet duct of the filtered blow-by gases inside which the outflow of the filtered blow-by gases towards the outlet mouth takes place.

A blow-by gas filtration assembly fluidically connects to a crankcase ventilation circuit of an internal combustion engine. The filtration assembly has an axis and includes a filter group having a hollow cylindrical shape with a central chamber radially traversable by the blow-by gases, preferably from the outside to the inside. In addition, the filtration assembly includes a support and control member engageable to the filter group for supporting it in an axial position along the axis and for controlling it in rotation around the axis to perform the filtration operations. The member and the filter group include, respectively, a threaded member portion and a threaded filter portion engageable by reciprocal screwing. The member and the filter group also include, respectively, a member abutment and a filter abutment axially engageable along the axis to prevent further screwing of the threaded member portion and a threaded filter portion.

A blow-by gas filtration assembly fluidically connects to an internal combustion engine crankcase venting circuit. The filtration assembly has an axis and a main body including a filtration chamber with a flow aperture delimited by an aperture edge concentric to the axis. The filtering assembly includes a filter group; including a filter cavity crossed by blow-by gases; a command group connected to the filter group; an annular collar connected to the filter group; an annular alignment and fixing group between the aperture edge and the annular collar, for coupling the filter group to the main body. A dynamic element includes a first radial face engaged at the aperture edge and a second radial face radially facing the annular collar; an annular element between the dynamic element and the annular collar. The annular element elastically yields to a flattened configuration compressed between the second radial face and the annular collar.

A blow-by gas filtration assembly fluidically connects to a vehicle engine system to receive blow-by gases and filter the suspended particles. A filtration assembly main body includes a filtration chamber and an outlet mouth. A filter group is radially crossable by blow-by gases from outside to inside, including a central cavity. A command group partially houses and supports on the main body operatively connected to the filter group to command the filter group in rotation. A support group supporting the filter group includes a bearing element with an outer fifth wheel sealingly engaging an outlet edge, an inner fifth wheel defining an outlet passage for filtered blow-by gases, and a hollow tubular member defining an outlet duct, including a bearing end operatively connected to the inner fifth wheel and a support portion extending from the bearing end, in the central cavity, mounting the filter group on the support portion.

A filter cartridge is for a vehicle fluid filter group that includes a filter body and cartridge engagement members in the filter cartridge and body engagement members in the filter body. The cartridge engagement members and body engagement members are configurable by mutual axial movement between an engagement configuration and a disengagement configuration. The cartridge filter includes an end plate with the cartridge engagement members arranged around the cartridge axis. The cartridge engagement members include two blocking groups, each blocking group including a blocking element. Each blocking element includes a stem and a tooth laterally projecting from the stem and defining an engagement undercut. In the blocking configuration, the tooth is in a housing region of the body engagement members, and an engagement projection is housed in the undercut. In axial movements, each stem yields elastically radially and/or laterally upon action of the engagement projection on the tooth.

A cartridge group is for a filter assembly of a fuel filtration system. The cartridge group extends along an axis and includes a filter septum crossable in an axial direction by the fuel. The filter septum has an annular shape and defines at the axis a central cavity. A water separation and support device supporting the filter septum includes: i) a base element supporting the filter septum and presenting channels and/or holes through which the filtered fuel flows; ii) a tubular element extending into the central cavity presenting an outlet duct having a substantially annular cross-section delimited by an outer circumferential wall and an inner circumferential wall delimiting along the axis a through central passage; iii) a separator element crossable by the filtered fuel to be separated from the water. The separator element is housed on the base element and/or on the inner circumferential wall of the tubular element.

Cartridge group for fuel filtration

A filter cartridge of a filter group of a fluid of a vehicle extends along a main axis including a base assembly and engagement members including first engagement members in the filter cartridge and second engagement members in the base assembly, respectively specially shaped to engage each other in a blocking configuration. The filter cartridge extends along a cartridge axis and includes at an axial end an engagement plane on which the first engagement members are made including at least two tooth elements diametrically opposite the cartridge axis. Each tooth element extends in height from the engagement plane extending on an imaginary surface parallel to the cartridge axis, having a substantially T shape. Each tooth element is elastically yielding in a radial direction, so that the blocking configuration is achievable following the radial movement of the tooth element.

A filter cartridge of a filter group of a fluid of a vehicle extending along a main axis has a base assembly and engagement members, including first engagement members in the filter cartridge and second engagement members in the base assembly, shaped to block each other. The filter cartridge extends along a cartridge axis and includes an engagement plane on which the first engagement members are made having tooth elements diametrically opposite the cartridge axis. Each tooth element extends from the engagement plane parallel to the cartridge axis, having a stalk and a head. In the blocking configuration, the second engagement members engage the head. Each tooth element is radially elastically yielding, so the blocking configuration is achievable following radial movement of the tooth element. The first engagement members include for each tooth element a command device extending radially. Radial movement of the tooth element actuates the command device.

A water separation group is for a fuel filtration and separation assembly of a vehicle fuel circulation system. The assembly extends along a longitudinal axis positionable in the vehicle in a horizontal position having a filtration group. The water separation assembly is associable to the filtration group for receiving filtered fuel, being positioned in series along the longitudinal axis. The water separation assembly has a main body defining a separation chamber and at an axial end, an outlet wall with an outlet mouth. A separator is accommodated in the separation chamber. A blocking device is below the separator to prevent the return of water to the separator. The blocking device has a blocking surface extending longitudinally forming an angle that inclines at least a portion of the blocking surface to allow water separated from the fuel to flow towards the outlet wall from which the blocking surface extends.
