A needleless injection device includes a body forming a receptacle extending axially from an upper radial seat along an injection axis, a gas generator, a tubular reservoir containing an active ingredient and extending axially in the receptacle from an upper end to a lower end, and a nozzle for injecting the active ingredient. The nozzle is arranged at the lower end of the reservoir and has an outer thread to be screwed onto a complementary thread formed by the body. The external thread of the nozzle has an overall triangular cross-section and is delimited by an upper face, which has a first angle with respect to a radial axis perpendicular to the injection axis, and a lower face, which has a second angle with respect to the radial axis. The first angle is greater than the second angle.

Needleless injection device equipped with an improved injection nozzle

A holding device intended to hold injection-device tubes of the type including an upper flange at one end of a body and a lower flange at the opposite end of the body includes orifices each intended to accept one tube, each orifice being configured to allow the tube and each of its flanges to pass. The holding device further includes a holding means configured to hold the tube through the orifice via its upper flange, the holding means having at least one elastically deformable element. The at least one elastically deformable element includes a holding end situated in line with the orifice and configured to deform as the upper flange passes through the orifice, and to support the tube via the said flange when it is inserted in the orifice.

A tray intended to hold injection device tubes includes a collar at each end of a body. In order to carry out operations of preparing the injection device tubes, the tray includes bores and each bore is configured to receive a body of an injection device tube. Also, each bore of the tray includes a holding portion for holding the upper collar of the tube and the holding portion extends laterally from an introduction portion enabling the passage of the lower collar.

A needleless injector includes a cap, an injection system, a body, a gas generator, and a percussion device. The body is covered by the cap and is mounted to slide relative to the cap. The percussion device includes a striker that is slidingly mounted along a sliding axis between a rest position and a percussion position and a lock mechanism. The lock mechanism includes a lug and a retention tab. The lug projects from a peripheral face of the striker along an axis that is perpendicular to the sliding axis and has a first support ramp. The retention tab is attached to the cap, and has a second support ramp. The ramps are configured to move the retention tab radially when pushed by the striker from a retaining position to a release position and the retention tab is moved aside to release the striker.

The present disclosure is directed towards a needleless injection device that includes a body, a gas generator, an injection system that extends axially along an injection axis and includes at least one plunger, an active ingredient reservoir, an injection nozzle that delimits at least one injection channel, a cover that houses the body of the device, a removable cap that protects a lower downstream end of the injection nozzle, a stopper that houses the cap, and a blocking element. The stopper is pivotally mounted about the injection axis between a closed position in which the stopper is locked on the injection device and an open position in which the stopper is unlocked from the injection device. The blocking element is radially interposed between the cap and the stopper, and is configured to block, by friction, the relative pivoting of the cap and of the stopper, about the injection axis.

The present disclosure is directed towards a needleless injection device including an injection system which includes at least one injection nozzle which delimits at least one injection channel, and which is axially delimited by an upper face arranged facing the lower face of the reservoir, and a lower face adapted to cooperate with a cap, and an upper sealing gasket which extends around the at least one channel and which is housed in an upper groove formed on the upper face of the nozzle, and the upper gasket has a wave-shaped radial section which comprises successively, along a radial direction, a recessed portion and a bump portion, said bump portion being adapted to be lying toward the recessed portion provided to this end, under the effect of the axial pressure exerted by the lower face of the reservoir on said sealing gasket.
