The present invention relates to an implantable device, in particular for wall repair comprising a reinforcing textile implant having first and second surfaces, a bioadhesive coating to coat said first surface at least in part, said coating comprising at least one ionic, cross-linked bioadhesive polymer selected from among the following polymers: an acrylic acid polymer, methacrylic acid polymer, itaconic acid polymer, maleic acid polymer or maleic anhydride polymer having an adhesive function that can be activated in an aqueous medium.

Implantable device, especially for the reconstruction of the abdominal wall

An anastomosis device for joining hollow lumens or viscera, suitable for deployment at the surface of two superposed adjacent lumens. The device has a main tubular body of longitudinal axis (L), having first and second open ends and opposite outside and inside faces. The main tubular body has at least three columns of loops and at least three rows of loops and sets of proximal and distal radial projections extending along at least a depth (E) at the peripheries of the first and second ends respectively. The distal and proximal sets are spaced apart by a minimum internal distance (D), and further include a set of intermediate radial projections extending along at most a depth (e) and arranged between the sets of proximal and distal radial projections. The depth (e) is less than (E), and the minimum internal distance (D) is determined so as to receive two superposed adjacent lumens.

A textile implant, in particular for repairing hernias, the implant including a textile piece having a first face completely or partially covered in a bio-adhesive composition that is hydrosoluble and absorbable and that includes at least one bioadhesive polymer that is hydrosoluble and absorbable, with the adhesive function thereof being activatable in a moist or wet medium. The bio-adhesive composition includes less than 4% by weight of plasticizer.

The present invention relates to an implantable attachment device comprising an elongate element which is tubular flexible and hollow delimiting an internal volume comprising a tightening loop, having a first circumference in the inactive position, formed by the portion of said tubular element in said internal volume between intake and outlet openings distant by a length. The device comprises blocking means of said portion in the internal volume of said elongate element, which can be deactivated under the effect of manual traction exerted on the first or second end of said elongate element, said traction enabling the sliding of said elongate element between said orifices and correlatively the formation of the tightening loop having a second circumference in the active position, the second circumference being less than the first circumference.
