A hydraulic transmission circuit is provided having at least two elementary hydraulic motors, each having a secondary enclosure and a main duct for fluid feed and a secondary enclosure and a main duct for fluid discharge. A fluid distributor distributes fluid from the main ducts to the elementary motors via the secondary enclosures. A control system controls the elementary motors. Valves connecting the fluid distributor to the secondary enclosures of the first motor put a secondary enclosure into communication with a main duct independent of an operating mode of any other elementary motor.

A circuit having at least one hydraulic motor, two main ducts for feeding or discharging the at least one motor, a low-pressure fluid source, and a high-pressure accumulator forming a high-pressure fluid source. The circuit is suitable for operating in an energy recovery mode in which the feed main duct is connected to the low-pressure fluid source and the discharge main duct is connected to the high-pressure accumulator, and in an energy delivery mode in which the connections are inverted. The low-pressure fluid source has a high-flow-rate booster pump suitable for delivering a flow-rate of fluid that is sufficient to feed fluid to the at least one hydraulic motor while the motor is at maximum speed in energy recovery mode, and an adjustable pressure limiter suitable for being controlled so as to cause the pressure of the fluid at the outlet of the low-pressure fluid source to vary.

Hydraulic energy recovery system

A hydraulic valve having firstly a feed port, a low-pressure link port, and a high-pressure link port, which ports are respectively connected to the feed and discharge ducts of a hydraulic motor, to a low-pressure fluid source, and to a high-pressure accumulator, and secondly an auxiliary port. The valve has a slide that can take up a neutral position for connecting together the feed, discharge, and auxiliary ports, an energy recovery position for connecting together respectively the feed and low-pressure ports, and the discharge and high pressure ports, and an energy delivery position for connecting together respectively the feed and high-pressure ports, and the discharge and low-pressure ports. The slide is caused to move from its neutral position to its other positions by control signals and the auxiliary port can be connected to a reservoir or to a clutch fluid source for clutching or declutching the motor.

A piston including a body having a guiding and sealing surface, a base, and a top, which top is provided with a cradle-shaped recess in which a journal-bearing lining is retained by stop surfaces formed on the edges of the recess. The stop surfaces are formed by deforming the edges of the recess towards the inside thereof.

Piston for radial piston hydraulic engine and method for making same

A motor having two series of distribution ducts each having two groups of ducts. The displacement selector is able to occupy a large displacement position in which the first groups of distribution ducts of the first series are connected to a main duct while the second groups are connected to the other main duct, and a small displacement configuration in which the first group of distribution ducts of the first series is connected to a main duct, the second group of distribution ducts of the first series is connected to the other main duct and a bypass connection exists between the first and the second group of distribution ducts of the second series. The device has a restriction in order, in the small displacement configuration, to restrict this bypass connection.

Device for managing the displacement of a hydraulic motor or a group of hydraulic motors

The mechanism such as a motor or a pump comprises a cam () and a cylinder block () which has a plurality of cylinders (A,B,) connected to communication orifices (A,A;B,B) disposed in a communication face (). The mechanism further comprises a fluid distributor () having a distribution face () which is provided with distribution orifices (A-F,A-F) suitable for being connected to the feed or to the discharge. The communication orifices and the distribution orifices communicate with one another as the cylinder block and the distributor rotate relative to each other. At least certain cylinders (A,B) are connected to at least two communication orifices (A,A;B;B) spaced apart angularly (&#x3b1;) so that they communicate simultaneously with respective distribution orifices connected to the feed or to the discharge.

Hydraulic pump or motor

The motor comprises a cam and a cylinder block mounted to rotate one relative to the other. The cam comprises a plurality of cam lobes and the cylinder block has a plurality of cylinders slidably receiving pistons that are suitable for co-operating with the cam. The motor further comprises a fluid distributor that includes distribution ducts suitable for being connected to a feed or to a discharge and disposed in register with the rising ramp and with the falling ramp of the cam lobes. The motor is a substantially constant-velocity motor. In any relative position of the cylinder block and of the cam, there is at least one cam lobe that is unused and with which no piston co-operates, and the angular spacings between consecutive cylinders are mutually different and differ from a multiple of the smallest angular spacing between consecutive cylinders, the angular spacings being determined so that the resultant of the forces exerted by the pistons on the cam is small or substantially zero.

Hydraulic motor

The tapping circuit forms part of a main fluid circuit which comprises a hydraulic motor having a preferred operating direction and at least two main pipes suitable for communicating with the cylinder block of the motor and constituting respectively, in said preferred operating direction, a feed main pipe and a discharge main pipe. The tapping circuit comprises a single tapping and removal valve connected continuously via a tapping pipe to that one of said main pipes which, in the preferred direction, serves for discharge purposes. This valve serves to replenish the fluid so as to cool it and/or to flush the internal space of the casing of the motor.

A pressurized fluid motor comprising a case, constituting its stator, and including connection ducts, a cylinder block rotatable about a first axis relative to a reaction member that is stationary relative to the case, and an internal fluid distributor that is likewise stationary relative to the case and that has distribution ducts. The case has a connection and fixing face that is plane and perpendicular to the first axis and into which the connection ducts open out. There exists a second axis perpendicular to and intersecting the first axis and lying in the plane of the face, relative to which the centers of the ends of the connection ducts are disposed in such a manner that the distance between each of them and said second axis lies in the range one-fourth to once the distance between said first axis and the point of the face that is furthest from said first axis, with the ends of the connection ducts all being situated on the same side of said second axis.

Pressurized fluid motor

In a combination of two pressurized fluid motors fed in parallel by a common feed circuit, each of the pressurized fluid motors includes a casing and a cylinder block rotatable about an axis relative to a cam constrained to rotate with said casing and having a communication side perpendicular to the axis. An internal fluid distributor is constrained to rotate with the cam. It has a distribution side perpendicular to the axis and bears against the communication side. Distribution conduits open onto the distribution side and are formed in the internal fluid distributor of each motor. The casings of the two motors are constrained to rotate together.
