A method for configuring electrical devices in an electrical panel includes acquiring machine-readable configuration data including a list of electrical devices to be installed; displaying a visual identifier on an electronic display screen associated with each device; acquiring an image showing the devices in the panel with the visual identifiers displayed by each of the devices; a processor comparing identification information of each device on the list with the identification information from the visual identifiers of the acquired image; and for each device on the list whose identification information corresponds to the information of one of the visual identifiers of the acquired image, sending a setting parameter to be applied to the device.

Methods and systems for automatically configuring electrical devices in an electrical panel

A monitoring/control plug-in unit for a connection electrical enclosure comprises functional elements and allow the connection and possibly the operation and/or the surveillance of an electrical load. The monitoring/control plug-in unit able to move within the connection electrical enclosure between an operation position and a test position. The plug-in unit comprises a locking system, which comprises an electromagnetic lock. A control circuit board of the drawer control the functional elements and the electromagnetic lock. The locking system of the plug-in unit is configured to allow the monitoring/control plug-in unit to be locked in the test position or in the operation position independently of the functional elements contained in the plug-in unit, and prior validation of the correct operation of the plug-in unit and/or of the electrical load is needed for unlocking the plug-in unit, this validation being performed by the control circuit board and allowing the electromagnetic lock to be unlocked.

Monitoring-and-control drawer for an electrical connection enclosure

An electrical connection enclosure () is supplied with electrical power by power supply cables () and supply at least one electrical load (). The enclosure comprises a power supply column () and at least one connection column (). Each connection column comprises at least one monitoring-and-control unit () connected to an electrical load, electrically protected by a protection unit () and configured to allow the connection and potentially the driving and/or the surveillance of an electrical load. The electrical enclosure is controlled by an industrial computer (). Each connection column comprises a communication module () which centralizes operating information originating from the monitoring-and-control units of that connection column, transmits this operating information to the industrial computer, receives commands originating from the industrial computer and transmits these commands to the monitoring-and-control units of that connection column.
