A dispenser assembly designed to tangentially dispense a sheet from a roll of sheet material including sheet material formed from two webs, each web having lines of weakness positioned transversely across the web which allows the web to be separated into a plurality of sheets, the lines of weakness of one web being offset from those of the other web. The dispenser assembly includes (1) a base arranged to hold the roll of sheet material and to couple the dispenser assembly with an environment structure; (2) a first roller and a counter roller between which the sheet material is movable towards a dispensing outlet; and (3) a cradle arranged to support the roll of sheet material and to unwind the sheet material towards the first roller whatever a consumption level of the roll of sheet material. The first roller and the counter roller are positioned relatively to each other spaced according to a fixed nip therebetween to generate a braking force on the sheet material sufficient to break the line of weakness of the web at the dispensing outlet or downstream the dispensing outlet.

Dispenser assembly

A sheet product dispenser for dispensing a strip of a sheet product from a static center-feed coreless roll of sheet product is disclosed. The roll includes a central cavity. The dispenser includes a container for accommodating the roll, and a dispensing piece which protrudes toward an interior of the container from one end of the container and which includes a guidance between a receiving opening for receiving the strip of sheet product from the roll and a dispensing opening for dispensing the strip of sheet product outside of the dispenser. The dispensing piece is arranged to engage into the central cavity of the roll. The dispensers provide a dispensing opening so that withdrawal of a sheet product is facilitated by avoiding collapsing or clogging. Furthermore, the dispenser has a compact configuration that gains space during delivery and transportation.

Dispenser for static center-feed coreless roll of sheet product

A tearable core, adapted for winding a sheet product, includes a cylindrical body wall defining a longitudinal hole of longitudinal axis XX'. The cylindrical body wall is tearable from an edge, and includes an outer strip and an inner strip that are helically wound on one another and displacedly overlapped in a lateral direction parallel to the longitudinal axis XX&#x2032;, and secured together through their mutually facing surfaces by a first region of attachment. The strips are made of the material having characteristics such that the inner strip and the outer strip are made of cardboard having different water drops. The cylindrical body wall is formed by securing together the outer strip, a first end part of the outer strip of one turn being superposed and secured to a second end part of the outer strip of an adjacent turn through their mutually facing surfaces by a second region of attachment.

A system including a roll formed from a web having at least one characteristic mark of the roll, and a dispenser which has an element for identifying this mark in order to determine whether a new roll installed in the dispenser is a compatible roll. The mark is present on a free end section of the new roll. This marked free end section is followed by at least one section that does not have a characteristic mark of the roll.

System for dispensing a strip of absorbent product wound into a roll that complies therewith

A sheet product dispenser includes a housing for accommodating a source of a sheet product and a dispenser opening for dispensing the sheet product. The dispenser opening is provided in a rotatable dispensing member. Rotation of the rotatable dispensing member is restricted to one rotating axis. The dispenser opening is offset from the rotating axis of the rotatable member. Rotation of the rotatable dispensing member results from a lateral force applied by a pulled sheet product strip onto the dispenser opening such that the dispenser opening moves as far as possible into a pulling direction so as to minimize an angle between the pulling direction and a dispensing direction of the dispenser opening.

A dispenser assembly for dispensing a sheet from a roll of sheet material, which defines a cavity extending longitudinally, includes: a roll holder for removably holding the roll of sheet material being free to rotate relative to the roll holder; a base for supporting the roll holder and for coupling the dispenser assembly with an environment structure; and a pair of coupling elements including a first element coupled to the roll of sheet material and a second element integral to the roll holder. The first element is coupled in a free to rotate and removable manner relative to the second element by magnetic coupling.
