The audio advertisements may be targeted based on session data that includes information describing an ongoing IVR session of a user of a mobile device and demographic information of the user. The audio advertisements may include prompts to solicit information from the user during the ongoing IVR session. The targeted audio advertisements may be played, to the user, during the ongoing IVR session.

Promotion of web services through an IVR

Techniques described herein may be used to enable a user to obtain services from multiple organizations in a seamless, automated, and efficient manner. A network device may cause a user device to automatically access a web service by, for example, downloading a mobile application or accessing a web page designed to provide the web service. The network device may automatically identify a second web service that is logically related to the first web service and offer the second web service to the user. If the user accepts the second web service, the network device may cause the user device to automatically access the second web service via a mobile application, a webpage, etc. Identification and authentication issues for accessing the first or second web services may be automatically resolved by network device based on the mobile device number (MDN) of the user device and/or other profile information.

Instant and cohesive user access to diverse web services

A network device sends, to a customer device, real-time customer data for a service campaign running on a service provider network. The network device receives a customer authorization to share the customer data with an agent of the service provider network. The customer authorization includes session context information related to the presentation of the customer data. The network device determines if there are predictive options for the customer data. When there are no predictive options for the real-time customer data, the network device sends, to the customer device, a first feed of the real-time customer data and sends, to the agent device, the session context information and a second feed of the real-time customer data. The session context information enables the agent device to build an instance of the customer data that is similar to a presentation on the customer device, without sharing the customer screen view.

An exemplary method includes a subsidized access management system detecting a request provided by a user of an access device for the user to receive subsidized access to network content, identifying a plurality of user parameters provided by the user and that define a plurality of conditions associated with the subsidized access to the network content and that the user is willing to experience in order to receive the subsidized access to the network content, selecting a sponsor from a pool of potential sponsors and that is willing to sponsor the subsidized access to the network content in accordance with the plurality of user parameters, and providing the user with the subsidized access to the network content by way of the access device in accordance with a subsidized access arrangement between a subsidized access provider and the sponsor. Corresponding systems and methods are also described.

Methods and systems for facilitating subsidized access by a user to network content

A network device receives a collection of technical steps for implementing a type of service campaign. The technical steps include application programming interface (API) level calls to a service provider network. The network device associates the technical steps with particular customer software, receives validation criteria for each of the technical steps, generates a diagnostic map of the technical steps for the particular customer software, and conducts, based on the diagnostic map, a test of the API level calls for the particular customer software to obtain test results. The network device receives a customer deployment record of changes occurring during software deployments for the service campaign for the particular customer software and receives a provider record of service provider changes to network level software that impact the service campaign for the particular customer software. The network device correlates the test results with the customer deployment record and the provider record.
