A layer system includes at least three layers, the three layers including a top electrode layer, a bottom electrode layer, and an electrolyte layer situated between the top electrode layer and the bottom electrode layer. The electrolyte layer has a solid-state electrolyte, and at least one of the top and bottom electrode layers includes a paste-like composite layer. A layer system of this type may be used to manufacture in particular energy stores, such as rechargeable lithium-ion accumulators, having an enhanced capacity. Moreover, a method for producing a layer system or an energy store is described.

A pressure sensor assembly having a pressure tube, in which a diaphragm is situated as a pressure pickup, and having means for detecting the diaphragm deformations, which allow a spatial separation between the measuring medium acting on the diaphragm and the means for detecting the diaphragm deformations. The diaphragm of this pressure sensor assembly includes at least two diaphragm sections oriented at an angle to one another. A first diaphragm section is situated as a partition diaphragm in the cross-section of the pressure tube, while at least one second diaphragm section forms an area of the wall of the pressure tube as a side wall diaphragm. The means for detecting diaphragm deformations are situated on the outer side of the pressure tube on the side wall diaphragm.

A method for producing a component is provided, in particular a deformation sensor, having a sensor element which includes at least one region that is sensitive with respect to expansion or compression, as well as electrical structures which are in connection therewith. To this end, a sacrificial layer is produced on or within a substrate and an activatable layer on top of the sacrificial layer, the sensitive region and at least a portion of the electrical structures being positioned on top or within an activatable layer, and a circumferential trench is produced around the region of the sensor element to be produced and having the sensitive region and the portion of the electrical structures, the trench being interrupted by at least one connecting point, which connects the region of the sensor element to the portion of the activatable layer lying outside the circumferential trench. This is followed by a removal of the sacrificial layer underneath the region of the sensor element, a fixation of the region of the sensor element with the aid of a holding device, rupturing of the connecting points and a transfer of the sensor element, fixated by the holding device, and connecting a carrier to the component as well as joining with a carrier to the component.

A micromechanical device for measuring a pressure variable and a method for manufacturing a micromechanical pressure sensor. The sensor includes, two components; a first component featuring a diaphragm made of a first material, and a second component of a second material. This second component is designed to have a thin first region and a thick second region. The first and second components are permanently joined together via the first diaphragm and at least a portion of the first region. The materials are selected such that the temperature expansion coefficient of the first material is higher than that of the second material. The first and second components are joined in such a manner that a lateral expansion of the first diaphragm caused by temperature changes is transferred to the first region of the second component as a lateral expansion as well.

A method for manufacturing an orifice plate that is built up in multiple layers and includes a complete axial through passage for a fluid. The orifice plate includes inlet openings, outlet openings, and at least one conduit lying between them. The layers or functional planes of the orifice plate are built up on one another by electroplating metal deposition (multilayer electroplating). Orifice plates manufactured in this manner are particularly suitable for use on injection valves in fuel injection systems, in paint nozzles, inhalers, or inkjet printers, or in freeze-drying processes, for spraying or injecting fluids such as beverages.

The fabrication of the two parts is carried out by microstructuring/lithography, electroforming and plastic molding. Advantageously, a filter structure is provided in the first part. A fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines with a valve member which is displaced in a bore in a valve body by the fuel pressure, counter to the action of a closing spring. The valve body has at a combustion-space end, a valve head which on a side which faces the valve body is arranged a sealing surface which interacts with a valve seat provided on the combustion-space end of the valve body, forming a sealing cross section, and including injection apertures which permit a flow of fuel from a pressure space in the valve body to the combustion space of the internal combustion engines and has an aperture cross section which can be varied as a function of the stroke of the valve member. According to the invention, those parts which seal off the injection valve from the outside and those parts which form the aperture cross section of the injection openings are geometrically separated from one another, the sealing cross section which closes the valve off from the outside being arranged downstream, as seen in the injection direction, of the variable aperture cross section, which is situated radially to the inside.
