A filter for an vaporizer has a housing having a sidewall and a top. A filter element is contained in the housing adjacent to the top. The filter element has an outer element concentrically arranged around an inner element. The outer element contains elongated fibrous filtering members containing quartz wool in order to reduce heavy metals contained in vapor passing through the filter. The inner element contains and delivers to the user flavorings or medications. A removable sanitary wrapper is disposed around the housing of the filter. The filter may also be configured as a replacement mouthpiece for a vaporizer.

A cartridge for an electronic smoking device includes a heat source comprising a bulb-encased heating element. The heat source is disposed inside a compartment of the cartridge. The compartment extends from an air flow tube. The housing includes a storage area for retaining inhalant material. The cartridge includes a threaded connector that attaches to a control unit that has a power supply such as a batter. The cartridge avoids direct contact between the inhalant material and any metal components of the cartridge by either eliminating metal components or by encasing the metal components in glass, quartz, or ceramic.

A vaporizer has a housing containing a power source. A laser assembly containing a laser module, such as a laser diode, is electrically coupled to the power source. A laser intensifier thermal transfer module contains a heating plate and is attached to the laser assembly. A cartridge assembly includes an inhalant supply cartridge containing inhalant, such as liquid or concentrate. The inhalant is in contact with the heating plate by way of a wick that draws the inhalant out of the supply cartridge. The laser assembly is receives electric current from the power source to activate the laser module causing the laser module to emit a beam directed toward the heating plate. The heating plate focuses the beam and generates heat sufficient to vaporize the inhalant. The inhalant is drawn through an air passageway in the cartridge for inhalation by the user.

A broiler-type heating device for electronic smoking devices such as electronic cigarettes and vaporizers includes a heating element located above the storage area where the inhalant material is located. The heating element is in electrical communication with a lower connector located below the storage area. A partition defines the bottom of the internal storage area and separates the storage area from the lower connector. The heating device may be two separate pieces, a chamber and a cradle, that are removably connected. The heating element is located in the chamber above the storage area, which is located in the cradle.

Broiler-type heating device for electronic vaping

An electronic pipe includes a pipe section comprising an outer shell with a coil placed around and along the inside surface of the shell. The pipe section also may include a connector element coupled to a connector element on a battery section, with both connector elements structured to transmit an electric current from the battery to the coil. A material container is insertable into the pipe section such that the coil is disposed between the inside surface of the outer shell and the material container. The coil is capable of initiating a combustion reaction inside the material container.

An inhalant material container for electronic smoking device is a tube-like storage container with an open top and an open bottom. The container is made of quartz, glass, or other like materials. The container has a frangible seal covering the open top and open bottom and may have exterior channels to promote air flow around the container. The container is removably inserted into the heating chamber of an electronic smoking device. The container is easily removed and replaced for on demand use. The container can be used in conjunction with modular electronic cigarettes and vaporizer and their various components and connectors.

An inhalant material container for electronic smoking device is a cup-like storage container with an open top and a closed bottom. The container is made of quartz, glass, or other like materials. The container has a frangible seal covering the open top and an aperture to promote air flow through the container. The container is removably inserted into the heating chamber of an electronic smoking device. The container allows for heating of the inhalant material with the material coming in direct contact with the heating element in the heating chamber. The container is easily removed and replaced for on demand use. The container can be used in conjunction with a threaded connector and a two-piece heating chamber. The two-piece heating chamber has an internal punch to automatically puncture the seal of the container prior to use.

A second pipe section is attached to the first pipe section, the second pipe section including a combustible material reservoir having a passageway that communicates with a mouthpiece receiver, with an aperture located on a surface of the second pipe section, the aperture communicating with the combustible material reservoir so that a fluid exterior to the electronic pipe can pass into the aperture, through the combustible material reservoir and into the passageway that communicates with the mouthpiece receiver and a second connector element coupled to the first connector element, with both connector elements structured to transmit an electric current from the battery to a laser diode or induction coil heat source located within the combustible material reservoir.

A second pipe section is structured to be removeably attachable to the first pipe section, the second pipe section including a combustible material reservoir having a passageway that communicates with a mouthpiece receiver, with an aperture located on a surface of the second pipe section, the aperture communicating with the combustible material reservoir so that a fluid exterior to the electronic pipe can pass into the aperture, through the combustible material reservoir and into the passageway that communicates with the mouthpiece receiver and a second connector element structured to removeably couple to the first connector element, with both connector elements structured to transmit an electric current from the battery to a heating element located within the combustible material reservoir.

An electronic cigarette is provided. The electronic cigarette includes a casing having two chambers located sequentially within the casing. A battery and a fluid are located in the casing. A sealing element forms a partition between the chambers. A tube element is located in the second chamber, providing an air passage between the two chambers. Also included is a fiber element that transfers fluid from a fluid containing member to a heating assembly.
