In one embodiment of the present invention, a device for supporting and storing wound material thereon may include a substantially cylindrical, hollow bobbin having a thickness defined by an inner and outer diameter for supporting and storing material wound around the exterior surface thereof, and a reinforcing apparatus located at one end of the bobbin, the apparatus having generally a cylindrical shape and a length comprising two zones, the outside surface of the first zone being in contact with a portion of an inner surface of the bobbin, and the second zone of the apparatus extending beyond the end of the bobbin.

Bobbin for roll stock

Roll stock cradle support structure for receiving and supporting one or more pieces of roll stock, comprising: a flat base strip of rigid or semi-rigid plastic material having an upper and lower surface, at least one set of facing cradle portions of pre-selected dimensions integrally formed on one base strip surface, forming a roll support cradle, said cradle portions comprising a substantially vertical end wall and an arcuately shaped segment of rigid or semi-rigid plastic material, said segment being reinforced by members connecting the arcuately shaped segments with the end wall or base strip.

Roll stock cradle structure

An adjustable carry strap and handle for facilitating the lifting of an object, such as a roll of material. The carry strap and handle has an elongated and substantially planar strap. Coupling portions are provided on the strap to enable the carry strap and handle to attach to itself when looping around an object to be carried, to a second carry strap and handle, or to another device. A handle is provided on the carry strap and handle to facilitate comfortable carrying by a user of the object to be carried. The handle is initially coplanar with the carry strap and handle, but folds into a substantially upright position when in use for increased comfort and safety for the user.
