The gypsum panel having outstanding sound-absorbing properties according to the present invention comprises: a perforated gypsum body having a plurality of holes, and a sound-absorbing cover layer which is attached to one side of the gypsum body and which has through-holes of a smaller size than the holes, wherein the mean diameter of the through-holes is between 10 and 40 &#x3bc;m.
