The present invention relates to humanized antibodies against SIRPα that are suitable for use in anti-cancer therapy. The invention further relates to the use of the humanized anti-SIRPα antibodies in the treatment of human solid tumours and haematological malignancies, optionally in combination with further anti-cancer therapeutics.

Humanized anti-SIRPα antibodies

The invention relates to antibodies against SIRP&#x3b1; that are suitable for use in anti-cancer therapy. The invention also relates to the use of the anti-SIRP&#x3b1; antibodies in the treatment of human solid tumours and haematological malignancies, optionally in combination with other anti-cancer therapies.

Anti-SIRP &#x3b1; antibodies

The present invention relates to duocarmycin-containing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for use in the treatment of human solid tumours and haematological malignancies expressing HER2, in particular breast cancer, gastric cancer, bladder cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, head and neck squamous cell cancer or osteosarcoma, and acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. In particular, the present invention relates to duocarmycin-containing ADCs for use in the treatment of human solid tumours with HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ and HER2 FISH negative tissue status. Advantageously, the present invention relates to duocarmycin-containing ADCs for use in the treatment of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).

The present invention relates to antibodies against SIRP&#x3b1; that are suitable for use in anti-cancer therapy. The invention further relates to the use of the anti-SIRP&#x3b1; antibodies in the treatment of human solid tumours and haematological malignancies, optionally in combination with other anti-cancer therapeutics. The anti-SIRPalpha antibodies described are more specific than known anti-SIRPalpha antibodies, whereas they show excellent affinity for both SIRPalpha1 and SIRPalphaBIT. In one embodiment the anti-SIRPalpha antibodies do not bind to SIRPgamma. In a second embodiment, the anti-SIRPalpha antibodies do not bind to SIRPgamma and do not bind to SIRPbeta1v1. In a third embodiment, the anti-SIRPalpha antibodies do not bind to SIRPgamma and do not bind to SIRPeta1v2. In a fourth embodiment, the anti-SIRPalpha antibodies do not bind to SIRPbeta1v1.
