According to an aspect, there is provided a computer-implemented method of presenting patient information, the method comprising identifying a first pathway associated with a patient of interest, the first pathway comprising one or more nodes; identifying at least one patient parameter type that is required by a node in the identified first pathway; querying a patient record for the patient of interest to determine if the patient record includes a patient parameter value for the identified at least one patient parameter type; if the patient record includes a patient parameter value for an identified patient parameter type, retrieving the patient parameter value from the patient record and rendering a display including the retrieved patient parameter value; and if the patient record does not include a patient parameter value for an identified patient parameter type, rendering a display including an indication of the identified patient parameter type.

Pathway information

This disclosure describes a system that standardizes collection of home health observations during a home visit by a caregiver. The system causes display of a graphical user interface to the caregiver. The graphical user interface comprises observation fields that receive home health observations about conditions in the home, and a display field that displays a virtual representation of the home conditions. The system is configured to store the home health observations and the virtual representation in a subject profile for the subject that is part of a database of home health observations and virtual representations for a plurality of subjects, compare the home health observations and virtual representation to previous home health observations and previous virtual representations for similar subjects, determine suggested questions for the caregiver to ask the subject, update a care plan for the subject, and determine health recommendations for the subject.

Home visit assessment and decision support system

The present disclosure pertains to a system configured to facilitate a user interface via device-on-premise detection and event generation based thereon. The system comprises a computer system configured to: obtain, from beneficiary user devices, event information indicating events corresponding to device-on-premise detections of the beneficiary user devices, each of the device-on-premise detections comprising a detection of a location of a beneficiary user device overlapping with a location of at least one service facility premise of a predefined set of premises; determine a consultant that is to be at a service facility premise; determine, based on the event information, a set of beneficiaries at the service facility premise; obtain service information indicating health services previously provided to or requested by the set of beneficiaries; and generate, based on the set of beneficiaries and the service information, at least a portion of a user interface indicating beneficiaries to be identified to the consultant.

System and method for facilitating a user interface via device-on premise detection and event generation based thereon

Apparatus and methods for arranging a set of media items based on user profiles are disclosed. The apparatus includes a processor in communication with user identification ports and a plurality of surfaces for displaying media items. The processor in accordance with the invention receives a user identifier from one of the user identification ports, retrieves a user profile associated with the user identifier, calculates a preference vector for the media items within the set based on the user profile, and directs the plurality of surfaces to change an arrangement of the display of the set of media items from a first configuration to a second configuration based on the preference vector. The processor thereby changes which of the first set of media items is displayed on at least one of the plurality of surfaces.

A method of aligning a song with lyrics of the song which comprises the steps of aligning each lyrics fragment of a group of similar lyrics fragments (C) in the lyrics of the song with an audio fragment of a group of similar audio fragments (A) of the song and aligning each lyrics fragment of a further group of similar lyrics fragments (V) in the lyrics of the song with an audio fragment of a further group of similar audio fragments (A) of the song. The method can be performed by an electronic device, possibly enabled by a computer program product. A mapping determined with the method can be transmitted and received by means of a signal and/or stored in a database.
