A device may receive data associated with network resources. The data may be received from another device and from a system. The data may include an attribute of the network resources. The device may process the data to align the data received from the other device and from the system. The device may determine a manner in which the network resources are to be consolidated based on the attribute of the network resources. The device may perform an action based on determining the manner in which the network resources are to be consolidated. The action may be associated with consolidating the network resources.

In one aspect, the present application is directed to a communications network, a computer architecture, a computer-implemented method, and a computer program product for development and management of femtocell-based applications. In one aspect, the communications network may comprise at least one femtocell; a mobile operator network; and a computer architecture integrated in the mobile operator network, wherein the computer architecture is operable to support development and lifecycle management of at least one femtocell-based application for the at least one femtocell.

In one aspect, the present application is directed to a communications network, a computer system, a computer-implemented method, and a computer program product for providing a femtocell-based infrastructure for mobile electronic payment. In an aspect, the communications network may include a mobile operator network; a local area in the mobile operator network, wherein the local area is under coverage of at least one femtocell; and a femtocell-based payment system connected to the mobile operator network, wherein the femtocell-based payment system is operable to provide mobile electronic payment via a user device recognized by the at least one femtocell within the local area and notified by the femtocell-based payment system.

A dynamic profiling system (DPS) provides dynamic access session configuration for telecommunications subscribers, and provides subscriber session information to application platforms. The DPS configuration adapts to meet the needs of any combination of user connection requests, access channel devices, and access channels used to communicate connection requests. The DPS provides an aggregated view of user session information to efficiently and effectively provide services to subscribers. As the many different access channels (e.g., WiFi&#x2122; channels, Ethernet&#x2122; channels, and Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) channels continue to grow through which a subscriber connects to services, the dynamic profiling system also eliminates the inefficient proliferation of custom interfaces between the many support systems and applications that need access to subscriber profile and session configuration information. The DPS provides a universal and personalized access to telecommunications services. Provisioned services may be accessed by many different access channels based upon static and dynamically maintained information in the subscriber profile and the access channel used, respectively.

An open gateway framework addresses the need for efficient modularization, extension, and adaptation of device functionality, such as gateway or set top box functionally. The open gateway framework facilitates rapid third party application development on customer electronic devices, particularly for telecommunications service providers. The open gateway framework provides: portability between different devices; rapid development based on extended platform features with a custom Application Programming Interface (API); and deployment with little or no impact on device base software.
