A tire changer apparatus includes: a base, a wheel-holder configured to rotate a wheel around a rotation axis, a first and second column emerging from the base, a first device having an extensible arm carrying a tool, a second device having a respective extensible arm carrying a tool opposite the tool of the first device with respect to an ideal middle plane of the apparatus. The tire changer apparatus further includes: a first and a second bar respectively connecting the arms of the first and second devices, a transmission which connects the first and the second bar to synchronize the movement of the arms of the first and second devices.

Tire changer apparatus

In an apparatus for angular positioning of an operating arm of a tire changing machine, the arm has a first or proximal end hinged to a column extending vertically from the base of the tire changing machine. The arm is hinged to the column for swinging in a horizontal plane in a first direction of rotation toward a work position or in an opposite direction of rotation toward a rest position. The arm has an opposite, distal end having a support element for supporting work tools associated therewith. An adjustable lock or stop is provided for locking rotation of the operating arm in the first direction of rotation, the apparatus comprising a second lock or stop for locking rotation of the operating arm in the second direction of rotation, opposite to the first direction of rotation.

Apparatus for angular positioning of an operating arm of a tire changing machine

A balanced vertical moving apparatus for moving a body having a first weight toward, or from, a selected elevation includes a loading device, on which the body is designed to be loaded; a moving system powered by a power source; a first detection unit detecting the first weight, which is interposed between the loading device and the moving system; a storage system storing a reference weight in a storage device; and a drive system driving the moving system, which is connected to the first detection unit and the storage system and is designed to actuate the moving system, the drive system having at least two alternately selectable operating states, a first lifted state and a second lowered state, which are both designed to be selected by an external control system, a third automatic actuation state being selectable when an additional external force is applied to the loading device.

A working tool orienting device in a tire demounting machine includes a base which supports a rotary apparatus, rotating about an axis of rotation and designed to bear and lock wheel rims thereon; a column rising from the base and having an end secured to the base and an end opposite thereto facing upward; a moving arm, which is moved between positions close to and away from the rotary apparatus; a support arrangement for supporting working tools, which is coupled with the upward facing end, and joint means interposed between the support arrangement and the upward facing end, which are configured to make the support arrangement movable relative to the arm.

A fluid-dynamic circuit includes a source of a pressurized fluid; a distributor valve for distributing the pressurized fluid to transport lines; a feeding line for feeding the pressurized fluid, which is interposed between the source and the valve; a main user apparatus, which is reciprocatingly operated by an actuator that includes a slider sealably fitted in a sliding seat of a containing element divided thereby into a first chamber and a second chamber in opposite positions and having variable volumes; and second and third transport lines for the pressurized fluid, which are interposed between the distributor valve and the first and second chamber respectively, a first derived transport line being interposed between the valve and at least one of the second and third transport lines, and having a normally closed quick discharge device mounted thereto, whose opening is designed to be controlled by the actuator.

A tool for tire uninstalling and installing machines includes an element for connection to a movable bearing member of the tire uninstalling and installing machine, which has a longitudinal axis, and a round contact element which is freely and rotatably supported by said connection member about a rotation axis and which has an external outline in contact with a contact portion of a side of a tire installed to a rim, the round element having a flared contacting and lifting surface suitable to contact and lift the tire from the rim, which has a base facing toward the rim and defining a first opposed vertex, touching means extending from the base toward the rim for touching a portion of the rim.
