Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for loading a customer profile to an electronic banking kiosk are disclosed. A customer who is without a physical form of authentication, such as a debit card, may access his or her customer profile on the electronic banking kiosk after being authenticated with a teller. The teller may receive identification information from the customer and exchange data with an account server to authenticate the customer. The account server may thereafter push the customer's profile to an electronic banking kiosk and provide a code to the customer. The customer may use the code to access his or her customer profile that has been pushed to the electronic banking kiosk, even without having a physical form of authentication recognized by the electronic banking kiosk.

System and method for remotely loading a consumer profile to a financial transaction machine

Exemplary embodiments include a hybrid cash recycler device that provides cash handling and extended capabilities for use within a financial institution. The hybrid cash recycler may be configured to support wireless communications with multiple distributed computing devices in a financial institution branch. The wireless connectivity may provide portable command and control capabilities for the hybrid cash recycler. The hybrid cash recycler may be configured to employ queuing mechanisms, in a manner that allows the device to systematically arrange and execute multiple command requests initiated from several computing devices. The hybrid cash recycler may require user authentication prior to completing cash handling services. Upon a successful authentication, requested cash handling services may be completed.

A number of enhancements for financial services devices are provided. Financial services devices, as used herein, may include drive-up type financial services devices. These enhancements include user interface improvements as well as increasing functionality of the financial services device. Specific application of the enhancements include drive up financial services devices. The enhancements may include improved ergonomics for customer interaction and multiple display screens, as well as sensors for detection of a customer's vehicle.

Embodiments of the invention are related generally to systems and methods for providing increased security at Automated Teller Machines ('ATMs') through the use of 'smart glass' barriers. The system provides for increased security at ATMs by decreasing the transparency in glass panels which partially or completely enclose an ATM. In the present invention, a change in electrical current is delivered to the glass panel. The change in electrical current functions to decrease the transparency of the transparent glass panel, at least partially restricting the view of the user at the automated teller machine. Thus, the user may securely complete the transaction. In embodiments of the invention, the interior and exterior sides of the glass panels may also function as a high definition projection screens, and may be used to present displays to the user and/or to others.

An intelligent process is provided for a business to interface with a financial institution. A container is provided that is capable of interfacing with a financial transaction device. The container may have one or more internal compartments sized to accommodate cash, coins, and/or checks. The container may be available in a variety of sizes. The container is capable of being sealed and locked in a tamper proof manner. A tracking device may be included with the container. The container may contain a computing device. The container may then be taken to a designated location having a financial transaction device with which the container can interface. The financial transaction device may be located at a branch of a financial institution or another location, such as at the business itself or at another location.
