The vaporizer comprises a casing (1A) of moulded plastics, an atomizing pump non-removably mounted in the upper part of the casing, and a plug (29A) mounted in the lower part of the casing. The plug (29A) is provided with channels (30A) through which the liquid product is loaded when the plug is in a first position (FIG. 1); when the plug (29A) is urged into a second position (FIG. 2) the channels (30A) are blocked to trap the loaded liquid product in the casing.

A manually operated pump device for dispensing fluids from containers is disclosed. The pump device is provided with a mobile cylinder, a trigger lever for operating the cylinder, and a fixed piston located inside the cylinder. In the pump device, there is also a gasket and a stem-like member located inside a delivery and suction valve. The gasket and stem-like member act together to permit fluid to flow from the cylinder and to a delivery head during a delivery stage. During a sealing stage, the gasket and stem-like member operate in conjunction to seal the cylinder. A spring acts between the cylinder and the piston to allow fluid to flow again through the delivery valve.

The cabin is integral with a shield which separates it from the working environment and which can replace a perimetral part of the wall or the like which separates said environment from the outside. In correspondence with said shield the cabin comprises a sealed (by suitable seal gaskets), flameproof and explosion-proof door providing access from said environment and comprising an armoured viewing window. On the side opposite that comprising the door the cabin has a movable wall which is hinged and ejectable. In the walls perpendicular to the preceding there are apertures or passageways for the entry and exit of the can conveyor. Analogous apertures or passageways are provided in the shield, these being at least partly closable by guillotine plates when required. In the region in which the conveyor extends in the open between the shield and cabin, means are provided to direct air streams onto the cans. The cabin, incorporating conventional means for loading the propellant (such as butane), comprises suction means with suction ports in correspondence both with the lower part of the cabin and with the delivery head of said loading means.

The improved precompression pump has a body in which a hollow stem is slidingly disposed under the control of a knob or pushbutton provided with a nozzle. On the stem there is mounted a piston arranged to move along the stem against the action of a spring to uncover ports through the stem which communicate with the cavity in the stem. A non-return (intake) valve is positioned between the piston and a dip tube which is immersed in the product to be dispensed. The spring has a portion which is substantially cylindrical and another portion which is substantially conical, and moreover is not in contact with the product. The spring is secured at an intermediate point to the stem, acts at one end against the piston and is secured at its other end to the body.

The device comprises a pump with its plunger mobile in a cylinder against the action of a spring, and a delivery button associated with the plunger for controlling its delivery movement. The button incorporates a shut-off member provided on a flexible diaphragm fixed peripherally in a seat in the button.

A valve for the admixture of a gas with a fluid pressure stored in a container, comprising a hollow body associated with a drawing tube for the fluid transport and provided with at least one through hole for the gas transport, as well as a shutter element movable in the body against a spring and provided with a hollow stem having at least one opening which can be shut off by a sealing gasket. The body has therein a nozzle which is hydraulically connected with the drawing tube and cooperates with a venturi effect conduit which with such a nozzle defines an annular space communicating with said through hole for the gas transport.

Improvements in or relating to an aerosol dispensing valve comprising a body of resilient plastics material connected to a rigid or metal cup for connection to a container (bottle), a partially hollow stem provided with transverse holes, movable against a spring in the tubular body, and partially projecting from the latter through a passage in the cup, and a resilient annular seal or gasket located between the cup and tubular body and, at inoperative condition of the valve, shutting off the communication between the inside and outside of the container or bottle and against which the end of the body adheres. At the end portion of the tubular body facing the cup and externally of the body a crown gear having inclined lower face is provided which adheres against a continuous inclined surface of an inner projection of the cup.

Reciprocating manual dispensing pump comprising a delivery valve provided with a shutter and associated with the movable part of the pump, and a suction or intake valve comprising a single piston movable against a spring within a tubular body forming therewith a compression chamber, which is hydraulically connected with an expansion chamber of a larger cross-section in the piston defined by a resiliently deformable part with which the delivery valve shutter is associated for closing a delivery conduit in such a piston.

An aerosol metering valve provided with a pumping effect, comprising a first hollow piston movable within a cylinder or chamber housing a second piston movable against a spring and normally urged thereby to a position closing the hollow piston, wherein the second piston has at least one passage which, under inoperative conditions of the valve, provides communication between the interior of the container and the cylinder or chamber.

A filling valve for an aerosol container or the like has an endless channel surrounding a predetermined axis and having a transverse wall, an inner rim projecting from an inner region of this transverse wall and an outer rim projecting from an outer region of the transverse wall to an extent greater than the inner rim, this transverse wall being formed with at least one opening passing therethrough. A mounting cup has a central wall portion extending transversely with respect to the above axis and engaging the outer rim at an edge thereof distant from the transverse wall of the channel and extending inwardly from the outer rim toward the above axis. This central wall portion of the mounting cup is formed with a central opening through which the above axis extends, and the central wall portion of the mounting cup has an inner peripheral edge defining the central opening and situated closer to the above axis than the inner rim. In a gap which is defined between the inner rim and the central wall there is a resilient deformable, compressible seal member compressed between the inner rim and the central wall portion of the mounting cup, the arrangement being such that when the fluid under pressure is directed through the central opening of the transverse wall portion of the mounting cup the seal member will deflect at its outer periphery into the above channel so that the fluid under pressure will flow through the opening of the transverse wall thereof into a container.
