A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: about 100 parts by weight of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin containing a diene-based rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer, an acrylic rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer, a large-particle diameter rubber copolymer having an average particle diameter of about 5 to about 10 p m, and an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; about 5 to about 25 parts by weight of a polyetheresteramide block copolymer; about 0.05 to about 1.5 parts by weight of a silver (Ag)-based compound; and about 1 to about 15 parts by weight of zinc oxide, wherein the gloss degree of a 3.2-mm thick sample is about 40 to about 70%, as measured at an angle of 600 according to ASTM D523. The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in low gloss, antiviral properties, weather resistance, impact resistance, and so on.

Thermoplastic resin composition and molded article manufactured therefrom

A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: about 100 parts by weight of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin containing a rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer and an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; about 0.1 to about 15 parts by weight of a polyalkyl(meth)acrylate resin; about 5 to about 20 parts by weight of a polyether ester amide block copolymer; and about 0.2 to about 5 parts by weight of sodium perchlorate (NaClO). The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in terms of static resistance, transparency, impact resistance, and the like.

Thermoplastic resin composition and molded article formed therefrom

The present invention is characterized by including an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer, glass fiber, and zinc oxide, wherein the zinc oxide has an average particle size (D50) of about 0.5 to 3 &#x3bc;m as measured by a particle size analyzer, and a size ratio (B/A) of peak B, spanning the range of 450 to 600 nm, to peak A, spanning the range of 370 to 390 nm, of about 0.01 to 1.0 when measuring photoluminescence. The thermoplastic resin composition exhibits excellent rigidity, antibacterial properties, weather resistance, external appearance and the like.

Thermoplastic resin composition and molded article produced from same

A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin comprising (A1) a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based graft copolymer, (A2) an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin having a flow index of about 5 g/10 min to about 8 g/10 min as measured by the ASTM D 1238 standard, and (A3) an &#x3b1;-methylstyrene copolymer; and (B) about 0.1 to about 10 parts by weight of zinc oxide, wherein the zinc oxide has a size ratio (B/A) of peak A in the region of 370 nm to 390 nm to peak B in the region of 450 nm to 600 nm of about 0.01 to about 1 in photoluminescence measurement, and has a BET surface area of about 10 m/g or less as measured by a BET analyzer.

Thermoplastic resin composition

A thermoplastic resin composition includes: about 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin including about 35 wt % to about 55 wt % of a polycarbonate resin, about 3 wt % to about 9 wt % of a first rubber-modified aromatic vinyl graft copolymer, about 7 wt % to about 13 wt % of a second rubber-modified aromatic vinyl graft copolymer, and about 30 wt % to about 50 wt % of an aromatic vinyl copolymer resin; about 6 to about 13 parts by weight of a halogen compound; and about 8 to about 17 parts by weight of a phosphoric ester compound. The first rubber-modified aromatic vinyl graft copolymer is obtained by graft copolymerization of an alkyl(meth)acrylate, an aromatic vinyl monomer and a copolymerizable monomer to a rubber polymer, and the second rubber-modified aromatic vinyl graft copolymer is obtained by graft copolymerization of an aromatic vinyl monomer and a copolymerizable monomer to a rubber polymer.
