A method for manufacturing an exterior for a secondary battery includes a first step of preparing a sheet and a mold in which a recess part is formed; a second step of locating the sheet so that a portion of the sheet faces the recess part of the mold; and a third step of supplying a fluid from a side of the mold toward the recess part to form a forming part having a shape corresponding to a shape of the recess part in an area of the sheet, which is provided on the recess part.
