The present invention relates to a treatment device using a magnetic field, which includes a coil generating a pulse magnetic field and a cooling unit. The treatment device using a magnetic field in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes: a magnetic field generating coil disposed below a contact surface that closely contacts a portion of a body; a cooling unit configured to supply a fluid that cools the magnetic field generating coil; and a duct configured to guide the fluid between the cooling unit and the magnetic field generating coil. Here, the cooling unit is disposed below the magnetic field generating coil and disposed so that an angle between a fluid supply direction from the cooling unit and a central axis of the magnetic field generating coil is equal to or less than the right angle.

A height adjustment device for an imaging apparatus includes a driving shaft, first and second moving bodies and a driving device. The driving shaft is configured to rotate in a main body of an imaging apparatus. The driving shaft has first and second spiral grooves defined on a peripheral surface thereof such that the first spiral groove has a first pitch along the driving shaft and a second spiral groove has a second pitch different from the first pitch along the driving shaft. The first moving body has a screw thread engaged with the first spiral groove of the driving shaft. The second plates are disposed around the shaft and alternately positioned between the first plates. The pressing member presses the first and second plates in a braked position. The first and second plates are spaced apart from one another in an unbraked position. The movable member moves the pressing member between the braked and unbraked positions.

The crank shaft is coaxially coupled to a reciprocatingly rotatable cam element of the caster. The rotating member is rotatably coupled to a movable object. The rotating member has a plurality of pins spaced apart from one another in a circumferential direction. The pushing member is vertically movably coupled to the movable object. The pushing member rotates the rotating member by contact with the pin. The connecting rod and the crank shaft convert a rotation of the rotating member to a reciprocating rotation of the cam element. The caster is set to one of a plurality of operating modes according to the reciprocating rotation of the cam element.

The present invention relates to a support device for a monitor for use in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, which enables a user to displace a monitor easily and diversely according to his or her posture, thereby providing convenience in use. The support device comprises: a base frame rotatably mounted to the main body; a pair of arms hingedly jointed to the base frame at respective one ends thereof; a connecting member for interlocking the pair of arms, the connecting member being hingedly coupled to the other ends of the pair of arms; brackets for supporting the monitor, the brackets being rotatably connected to the connecting member; and means for maintaining the monitor stationary at a certain position by providing the arms and the brackets with a force for restraining the arms and the brackets from being rotated with respect to the base frame and the connecting member against a moment due to a weight of the monitor.
