The circuit is connected to the quantum circuit by bias lines and includes a digital-to-analog converter—DAC delivering an analog voltage; memory cells, connected in parallel at the output of the DAC, each memory cell including a switch and a capacitor, the capacitor storing a level of potential at which to maintain a bias line connected to the output of the memory cell; and a device for generating control signals generating, in synchronization with the DAC, a control signal for each switch of each memory cell, the control signal, a value of the capacitor of a memory cell being selected so as to make negligible a parasitic capacitor affecting the bias line connected to the memory cell and which runs parallel to a neighboring bias line.

Electronic circuit for driving a quantum circuit and associated quantum computer

A quantum device includes several spin qubits arranged as a matrix and each comprising a quantum dot; several electrometers each electrostatically coupled to a potential well of one of the quantum dots; and circuits for applying an excitation signal to an input electrode of each electrometer. The circuits are configured such that a value of the frequency, phase or maximum amplitude of each excitation signal is different from that of the other excitation signals, and the circuits apply a same excitation signal on electrometers coupled to a same row of qubits. The device also includes a transimpedance amplifier having an input coupled to output electrodes of the electrometers and a demultiplexing circuit including an input electrically coupled to an output of the transimpedance amplifier and configured to demultiplex the output signals to be delivered by the electrometers.

An integrated circuit including a first passive component of capacitive, resistive, or inductive type, including: a plurality of second and third passive components of said type, each having a same first theoretical value Compu_t, the second components being connected together so that their values add, and each third component being associated with a first switch having its state determining whether the value of the third component adds to the values of the second components; and a plurality of fourth passive components of said type, each associated with a second switch having its state determining whether the value of the fourth component adds to the values of the second components, at least one of the fourth passive components having a second theoretical value equal to (1&#x2212;P).Compu_t or to (1+P).Compu_t, P being positive and smaller than &#xbd;.
