A display panel includes a scan driving circuit. The scan driving circuit includes a first transistor that outputs a high-voltage of a scan signal during a turn-on period. The first transistor includes a first semiconductor pattern layer including a first input region, a first output region, and a first channel region, a first gate electrode overlapping the first channel region, a second semiconductor pattern layer including a second input region electrically connected to the first input region, a second output region electrically connected to the first output region, and a second channel region overlapping the first channel region, and a second gate electrode overlapping the second channel region, and electrically connected to the first gate electrode.

A display device includes a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, a pixel disposed in the display area on a substrate, an insulating layer disposed on the substrate and having a valley part along a periphery of the display area in the peripheral area, and an emission driver disposed in the peripheral area on the substrate, providing an emission signal to the pixel through an emission line, and overlapping both a first inner surface and a second inner surface of the insulating layer of the valley part in a plan view.

Display device

A gate driving circuit from which stable gate signals may be output by minimizing a leakage current of turned-off transistors in case that pull-down transistors output a gate signal and a carry signal of a low-level voltage. Some transistors in the gate driving circuit include two transistors in series to reduce leakage current in an off state, and capacitors are further included to reduce leakage current. Therefore voltages at nodes can be better controlled, and so that the output gate and carry voltages can be stably controlled.

The block includes a plurality of first-gate lines extending in a first direction and a plurality of second-gate lines extending in a second direction different from the first direction. The first-gate lines are connected to corresponding second-gate lines one-to-one in the block. The second-gate lines disposed in a first area of the block are connected to odd numbered first-gate lines among the plurality of first-gate lines one-to-one. The second-gate lines disposed in a second area of the block are connected to even numbered first-gate lines among the plurality of first-gate lines one-to-one.

Provided is a display device including a display panel and a gate driving circuit. The gate driving circuit includes a stage part including a first stage group and a second stage group cascade-connected to the first stage group, a branch line part having first branch lines electrically connected to the first stages, respectively, and second branch lines electrically connected to the second stages, respectively, line pattern rows having first pattern rows electrically connected to the first branch lines and second pattern rows electrically connected to the second branch lines, respectively, and a signal line facing the line pattern rows in the first direction. Any one second branch line among the second branch lines includes a first line portion extending in the first direction and a second line portion extending in the second direction and disposed between the signal line and the line pattern rows on a plane.

Display device including an embedded gate driving circuit

A display device comprises a first pixel including a first transistor including a first control electrode, a first input electrode, and a first output electrode spaced apart from the first input electrode and a first pixel electrode connected to the first output electrode, a second pixel adjacent to the first pixel in a first direction and including a second transistor including a second control electrode, a second input electrode, and a second output electrode spaced apart from the second input electrode and a second pixel electrode connected to the second output electrode, and a scan line for providing a scan signal to the first and second control electrodes. A display device may include a first display substrate. The first display substrate may include a first line disposed in the non-display region to apply a common voltage to the display region, a gate driving circuit disposed in the non-display region between the display region and the first line, gate lines connected to the gate driving circuit, and a second line disposed between the first line and the gate driving circuit. The gate driving circuit may include clock signal lines, each of which receives a clock signal, and stage circuits connected to corresponding ones of the clock signal lines and the gate lines to output gate signals. The second line may be disposed between the first line and one of the clock signal lines disposed closest to the first line and may be electrically disconnected from the stage circuits.
