A display apparatus includes a substrate, a first pixel, a second pixel, a first wire set, and a second wire set. The first pixel and the second pixel overlap the substrate and neighbor each other in a first direction. The first wire set extends in a second direction, includes a first conduction line and a first transmission line, and may transfer a first data signal. The first conduction line is positioned between the substrate and the first transmission line and is connected through the first transmission line to the first pixel. The second wire set extends in the second direction, includes a second conduction line and a second transmission line, and may transfer a second data signal. The second conduction line is positioned between the substrate and the second transmission line and electrically connects the second transmission line to the second pixel.

Display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes a base substrate including a first sub-pixel area, a second sub-pixel area, and a third sub-pixel area, first to third thin film transistors on the base substrate and including first to third active patterns, respectively, first to third pixel electrodes electrically connected to the first to third thin film transistors, respectively and in the first to third sub-pixel areas, respectively, a blue light emitting layer on the first to third pixel electrodes and configured to emit a blue light, a first color conversion pattern in the first sub-pixel area on the blue light emitting layer, a second color conversion pattern in the second sub-pixel area on the blue light emitting layer, and a red color filter layer between the blue light emitting layer and the first to third active patterns.

A display device includes a first pixel, a second pixel, a first data line connected to the first pixel, and a second data line connected to the second pixel. Each of the first pixel and the second pixel includes a transistor including a conductive layer, a semiconductor layer on the conductive layer, a gate electrode on the semiconductor layer, and a source/drain electrode connected to the semiconductor layer, a capacitor including a first capacitor electrode in a same layer as the gate electrode and a second capacitor electrode on the first capacitor electrode, and a light emitting device on the transistor and the capacitor. The first data line is in a same layer as the source/drain electrode, and the second data line is in a same layer as one of the conductive layer and the second capacitor electrode.

An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, a first oxide transistor, a second oxide transistor, and a sub-pixel structure. The substrate has a display region including a plurality of sub-pixel regions and a peripheral region located in a side of the display region. The first oxide transistor is disposed in the peripheral region on the substrate, and includes a first oxide semiconductor pattern that includes tin (Sn). The second oxide transistor is disposed in the sub-pixel regions each on the substrate, and includes a second oxide semiconductor pattern. The sub-pixel structure is disposed on the second oxide transistor.

Organic light emitting diode display device and method of manufacturing an organic light emitting diode display device

An organic light emitting display device may include a display panel, a source driving circuit, and a voltage generator. The display panel may include a pixel circuit including a driving transistor to drive an organic light emitting diode. The driving transistor may have four independent terminals including first and second gate electrodes. The source driving circuit may provide a data voltage to the pixel circuit. The voltage generator may apply an independent bias voltage to the second gate electrode of the driving transistor to control a driving voltage range of the driving transistor.
