A delivery unit and method for removing carrier vapor in a wet-type printer. The delivery unit includes a delivery guide, delivery rollers and a duct for collecting carrier vapor generated from a paper by the latent heat on the paper passing through the delivery guide in order to prevent the carrier vapor from leaking outside of the printer. The carrier vapor collection duct includes upper and lower housings connected to each other to form a predetermined space therein. The upper housing has a vent on one side thereof and an air inlet on the opposite side. A fan is mounted on the vent. The carrier vapor is collected in the duct of the delivery unit and then sent to the catalyst unit by the fan to be oxidized. Accordingly, the delivery unit can prevent the white carrier vapor generated from the paper passing through the delivery unit from leaking outside the printer.

A developer, for an electrophotographic image forming system, includes a developer container for storing developing solution, a developing roller which is partially soaked in the developing solution stored in the developer container and installed to rotate in an opposite direction of a photosensitive medium, a cleaning roller, which is soaked in the developing solution, is installed to rotate opposite to the developing roller and removes the developing solution remaining on the surface of the developing roller, and a developing solution agitator, which agitates the developing solution, and thereby keeps the developing solution in uniform concentration. The efficiency of circulation of the developing solution can be increased by upward and downward circulating the developing solution with high concentration stored in the developer container, and the developing solution can be kept in uniform concentration by preventing the developing solution with high concentration from being deposited at the bottom of the developer container.

Developer of electrophotographic image forming system

A liquid developer imaging system and a method using the system for developing an image, including a cartridge for containing a developing solution; a developing container for receiving the developing solution supplied from the cartridge via a predetermined supply line; a developing roller partly submerged in the developing solution contained in the developing container, installed to be rotated facing a photosensitive object; and a metering blade for scraping off the developing solution coated on the surface of the developing roller to a predetermined thickness, is provided. According to the system, a developing supply structure can be considerably simplified because a high-density developing solution is directly used in developing an image without a process of diluting the solution, and an image can be developed to have high definition because the concentration of the developing solution coated on the developing roller is regularly controlled by a metering blade.
