A scan driver includes stages which sequentially output scan signals to scan signal lines during an active period of an N-th frame, and at least one of the stages includes an output node controller that supplies a gate-on voltage to a pull-up node in response to a gate control signal of a display driver; and an output controller that outputs a scan signal to a scan signal line by outputting a scan clock signal to a scan signal line in case that the gate-on voltage is supplied to the pull-up node, wherein the output node controller includes a thin-film transistor including a first active layer, and directly or indirectly connected to the pull-up node, and another thin-film transistor including a second active layer including an oxide semiconductor material different from a oxide semiconductor material of the first active layer, and directly connected to the pull-up node.

A display device may include a scan line extending in a first direction, a storage line parallel to the scan line, a first data line disposed on the scan line and the storage line, the first data line extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, a second data line parallel to the first data line, a transistor including a control electrode protruding from the scan line, a source electrode protruding from the first data line, and a drain electrode spaced apart from the source electrode and including a drain electrode extending portion, and a pixel electrode disposed between the first data line and the second date line and connected to the drain electrode extending portion. The storage line or the scan line may include a first extending portion between the second data line and the drain electrode extending portion in a plan view.

Light emitting display device having reduced interference between adjacent pixels

A display device including a first substrate, a gate line disposed on the first substrate and extending in a first direction and a data line disposed on the first substrate and extending in a second direction that crosses the first direction. A drain electrode is disposed on the first substrate. A first electrode is configured to connect with the drain electrode. The first electrode includes a first stem portion that extends in the first direction. The data line includes a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion. The first protruding portion and the second protruding portion have a larger width in the first direction than other portions of the data line. The first protruding portion overlaps the first stem portion of the first electrode in a third direction that is perpendicular to an upper surface of the first substrate.

An exemplary embodiment of the present inventive concept provides a display device including: a first substrate; a gate line; a storage electrode; a data line insulated from the gate line and the storage electrode line and extending along a second direction; a drain electrode disposed on a same layer as the data line to include an contact pad; a first electrode electrically connected to the drain electrode; a second substrate overlapping the first substrate; and a light blocking layer disposed on the second substrate to have an opening exposing the first electrode, wherein an edge of a region of the storage electrode line in the second direction and an edge of the contact pad of the drain electrode in the second direction are disposed on a line extending in the first direction.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a display device includes: a plurality of gate lines; a plurality of data lines; and a plurality of pixels connected to the gate lines and the data lines, wherein each of the pixels includes: a transistor configured to include a gate electrode, a first electrode, a second electrode, and a channel semiconductor; a pixel electrode connected to the second electrode and including a plurality of fine branch portions and a connector connected to the second electrode; and a target pattern overlapping a fine slit dispose between adjacent fine branch portions.
