A display device includes pixels connected to scan lines and data lines intersecting the scan lines, wherein each of the pixels includes a light emitting element and a first transistor configured to control a driving current supplied to the light emitting element according to a data voltage applied from a respective data line of the data lines, the first transistor includes a first active layer including an oxide semiconductor containing indium (In), and a content of the indium in the oxide semiconductor of the first active layer is 70 at % or more.

A transformer includes a magnetic core, a first coil unit and a second coil unit. The first coil unit is disposed within the magnetic core and includes a laminated board having layers laminated therein and conductive patterns. Respective ones of the conductive patterns are disposed on the laminated layers. The second coil unit includes a conductive wire spaced apart from the conductive patterns of the laminated board by an insulating distance. The conductive wire includes a triple-insulated wire surrounded by three sheets of insulating paper to maintain the insulating distance from the conductive patterns.

A coil component may include: a base board having an accommodation portion disposed therein and having conductive patterns disposed within the accommodation portion; an annular core disposed in the accommodation portion; and a laminated board laminated on the base board and having conductive patterns disposed on one surface thereof. The conductive patterns of the laminated board are connected to the conductive patterns of the base board to form a coil.
