A cylindrical screening device including a plurality of profile bars, in which a number of ring shaped bar holders are arranged perpendicular to a cylinder axis and spaced apart from one another, or bundles of a number of bar holders spaced apart from one another are provided on the inside or the outside with open-edged recesses. The shape of the recesses correspond in a substantially complementary manner to that of the feet of the profile bars. The profile bars are inserted into the recesses, parallel to one another and parallel to the cylinder axis, wherein an outer bar holder is in each case arranged in the region of a respective face-side end ring of the screening device. The attachment of the end ring is simplified in that the outer bar holder is detachably connected with the end ring.

Screening cylinder

A filter element of a rotating disc filter including an internal space thereof that is limited by one or more perforated and profiled filter plates and is connected to a vacuum source. Efficiency should herein be increased in that the outside of the filter plates that faces away from the internal space has a plurality of elevations, whose cross section is round or elongated and/or at least one filter plate on the outside facing away from internal space has a plurality of elevations of different shapes and/or sizes.

Filter element

A pulper is used to comminute and suspend paper stock. The pulper includes a container that is open at the top and has a cylindrical side wall and a driven rotor, which is arranged eccentrically with respect to the center of the container. The bottom of the container can be provided with one or more truncated cones.

A screening device for the wet screening of a paper fiber suspension comprising at least one screen plate having a plurality of screen openings, a support structure being detachably attachable to the screen plate, a rotor movable adjacent the screen plate and an outlet opening for a portion of the paper fiber suspension passing the screen openings The support structure of the device is characterized by an outer support ring and an inner support ring and at least one middle support element arranged radially between the inner and outer support rings to support the at least one screen plate. Elastic pre-stressing against the screen plate is generated, and as a result of the elastic pre-stressing, the screen plate exerts compressive forces on at least one radially intermediate support element and respectively exerts tensile forces both on the inner support ring and on the outer support ring.
