A vehicle drive having a vacuum system for a vehicle having an internal combustion engine that is connected to a supply air line and to an exhaust air line. The vacuum system has an ejector. A propellant gas line opens into a nozzle channel of a propellant nozzle of the ejector. The nozzle channel opens into a mixing chamber of the ejector through a nozzle opening. A suction line opens into the mixing chamber and the mixing chamber on an outlet side opens directly or indirectly into a mixed gas line. The mixed gas line opens into the supply air line. The suction line is connected to a vacuum consumer, and the nozzle opening in the propellant nozzle is formed by a nozzle edge having teeth and/or corrugations.

Vehicle drive comprising vacuum system and ejector

An angle piece for fluidically connecting fluid lines of a vehicle. The angle piece has a channel portion for altering a flow direction of a fluid about an alteration angle. An input flow direction of the fluid into the angle piece and an outlet flow direction of the fluid from the angle piece form limbs of the alteration angle. At least one guide element is arranged in the channel portion, which guide element protrudes into the channel portion. The at least one guide element altering the flow direction of a part of the fluid by the alteration angle. The angle piece thus has a low pressure drop.

A jet pump comprising a jet nozzle for accelerating a propellant. The jet nozzle has a convergent inlet part and an outlet part connected to the convergent inlet part. The outlet comprises an inner wall diverging at an opening angle. The opening angle is designed such that a propellant flowing through the outlet part at subsonic speed is detached from the inner wall and a propellant flowing through the outlet part at supersonic speed is guided by the inner wall. An automatic, cost-effective and simple changeover of the jet pump to different pressure ratios is hence provided.

Jet pump

A clamp for fastening an object in the form of a tube or hose, having an elongate clamp strap at each of the ends of which there is provided a radially outwardly projecting fastening leg, and having a rubber profile which is provided on the radial inner face of the clamp strap and which at least partially engages around each of the edges of the clamp strap by way of a lip. At least one first holding geometry is provided on the radial inner face of the clamp strap, and at least one second holding geometry is provided on the radial outer face of the rubber profile.

A profiled clamp with a clamping band and a clamping device. The ends of the clamping band each have a clamping head which protrudes radially with respect to a receiving space. The clamping device has two clamping parts and an elongate clamping element connecting the clamping parts. The clamping element extends through the openings in the clamping heads and presses the clamping parts against the clamping heads. The profiled clamp has intermediate elements which are provided between the clamping heads and the clamping parts. The intermediate elements have cutouts through which the clamping element extends, and an application surface for contact against the clamping head.

Profiled clamp

The invention relates to a clamp comprising a clamp band having a clamping head with two clamping jaws, in each of which a guide-through opening is formed, through which a clamping element for clamping the clamp is guided, wherein at least one contact surface is formed on a respective edge of the guide-through openings, on which contact surface a support surface of the clamping element can at least partially be contacted. In order to achieve minimum inner tensions in the clip, the clamping jaws are arranged at an angle to one another, wherein at least one reinforcing bead is formed in the clamping jaws and one of the clamping jaws has an anti-rotation means for the clamping element.

Clamp

A profile clamp is disclosed having an annular clamping band that comprises two circumferential ends having respectively one tensioning head () and, at its axial ends, flanks sloped radially inwards, wherein the tensioning heads () are connected to one another by a tensioning device and at least one tensioning head () comprises a head contact tab (). The object is to reduce the requirements for precision during installation. For this purpose, it is provided that the head contact tab () projects past the tensioning head () on at least one side in an axial direction.

Profile clamp

The invention relates to a gas generator for an airbag module having a gas generator housing, in which a first chamber for receiving a propellant for igniting a main gas set in a second chamber, and an ignition device for the ignition of the propellant are provided. In order to simplify the production of the gas generator, the invention provides that the first chamber for receiving the propellant is limited by a pipe, on the first end of which the ignition device is disposed, and the second end of which reaches the gas generator housing at least approximately. The first and the second chamber are separated from each other such that no parts of the propellant may reach the second chamber via the second end of the pipe before the ignition of the propellant.

Gas generator for an airbag module

A gas generator assembly for a motor vehicle is provided. The gas generator assembly having a gas generator which is designed to provide gas to inflate in airbag after the gas generator is activated, a filter for filtering gases provided by the gas generator and a device which is designed to release a fluid so that said fluid comes into contact with the filter. The device is designed to release the fluid at a point in time which can be pre-defined and which is independent of the point in time of the activation of the gas generator.
